Between P14 and P21,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction in the brain,heart and liverbecame much lower. However,between P21 and P28,CIAPIN1 immunoreactionin the heart,brain,liver and skeletal muscle became much lower,while with thekidney development,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction in the kidney became higher. Invarious tissues from adult mouse,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction could be seen incardiac muscle cell,brain,hepatocyte,epithelium of renal tubule,skeletal muscle,lung tissue,gastric mucosa and gland,acinus lienalis.2. Distribution of CIAPIN1 in normal fetal and adult human tissuesTo reveal the possible physiological role of CIAPIN1,we examined theexpression and distribution of CIAPIN1 in fetal and adult human tissues usingimmunohistochemistry. We found that CIAPIN1 was ubiquitously distributed infetal and adult tissues,and was localized in both the cytoplasm and the nucleus.

然而，在3个月大的成年鼠中，CIAPIN1阳性反应物在心、脑、肝和肾小管中的表达强度要低于P28小鼠；但CIAPIN1阳性反应物在成年鼠骨骼肌中较P28小鼠高。2、CIAPIN1蛋白在人5个月胚胎及成人多器官组织内的表达在人5月胚胎多器官组织中，CIAPIN1阳性反应物见于心脏、胆囊单层柱状上皮和粘膜、结肠粘膜、小肠粘膜和绒毛、肝脏、直肠腺体、胃粘膜、肾上腺束状带、甲状腺滤泡、脾索、胸腺小叶间隔、皮肤真皮层和汗腺、睾丸白膜和间质、脑组织内神经元和神经胶质、肺小支气管和肺泡、骨骼肌、肾脏皮髓质和肾小管、子宫内膜、胰腺腺泡和胰岛、卵巢、输卵管粘膜等绝大多数组织细胞。

Methods In this study,a plasmid vector,rAd5,and rAAV2 were used to transfect rat cochlear marginal cells of stria vascularis by injection into the perilymph through the round window membrane,and the transfection efficiency, target tissue accessibility, cell/ tissue toxicity, time course of expression, and effect on hearing were evaluated in vivo and in vitro.

结果三种载体对原代培养的大鼠耳边缘细胞的转染研究发现，腺病毒的转染效率最高，而腺相关病毒转染对细胞活性影响最小。rAAV2和rAd5对大鼠耳蜗组织的感染实验发现，腺病毒和腺相关病毒携带的增强型绿色荧光蛋白可在多种耳蜗组织中及转染对侧耳蜗组织表达，且并不引起明显的耳蜗组织细胞凋亡。rAAV2携带的EGFP基因在第90天时仍可检测到大量表达。rAd5携带的EGFP基因在第30天时表达明显减弱。

According to the results, we can find that female reproductive systemis made up of ovary, lateral oviduct, common oviduct, spermatotheca, accessory glandand genital chamber, which is typical polytrophic type. Then the male reproductivesystem consists of testes, vas deferens, vas efferens, seminal vesicle, ejaculatory duct,male accessory gland and pygostyle. Moreover accessory gland is fully developed,seminal vesicle is unclear, males testes and testicular follicle has degenerated before itflying, and the quantity of testicular follicle is different from the other kind of ants.

结果发现，拟黑多刺蚁的雌性生殖系统由卵巢、输卵管、中输卵管、受精囊、生殖腔和雌性附腺等结构组成，为典型的多滋式卵巢；雄性生殖系统由精巢、侧输精管、输精管、贮精囊、射精管、雄性附腺及阴茎等结构组成，雄性附腺发达，贮精囊不明显，婚飞前雄蚁的精巢及精巢小管已逐渐退化，精巢小管的数量与其它种类蚂蚁存在一定差别。

涎腺恶性肿瘤多为涎腺上皮组织来源的恶性肿瘤，可发生于大涎腺如腮腺、颌下腺和舌下腺，也可发生于小涎腺如腭腺等，具有组织分型多、细胞成分复杂等特点。

In PsNPV infected treatment, the color of the gland was purple-black dyed with eosin and the cells were distortedly squeezed together. The tracheae nearby showed grievous pathological changes and a lot of white granules deposited around it. The pathological changes in PsGV infected treatment showed another pattern. The gland body was relative small with smaller individual cells, most of which were red dyed with eosin. The cell limits were obscure.In coinfected treatment,there were few gland cells colorated by esoin.

结果表明，不同感染组粘虫前胸腺腺体都有不同程度的组织病变，PsNPV感染组在感染晚期与前胸腺相连的气管严重病变，出现大量白色颗粒状物累积，被伊红染成紫黑色，腺体细胞被挤压变形；PsGV感染组的前胸腺腺体变小，单个细胞也小，细胞界限不十分明显；两种病毒混合感染组的腺体细胞小，能被伊红染色的细胞极少。

The attenuation values at unenhanced and enhanced CT of the tumor were also recorded. Results The 32 cases adrenal neoplasms included 9 cases with aldosterone-producing adenoma, 5 hydrocortisone-producing adenomas, 1non-functional adenoma, 5 cortical hyperplasies,4 pheochromocytomas,2 adenocarcinomas, 3 metastases, 1 fibroneuroma, 1 ganglioneuroma and 1 myelolipomas. Conclusion The characteristics on CT images are associated with the pathological feature in adrenal neoplasms.

结果 醛固酮腺瘤9例，体积较小且密度低，增强后轻度增强；皮质醇腺瘤5例，瘤体较大，边界清，密度略低于正常肾上腺组织；无功腺瘤1例；结节增生5例，为等或稍低密度影，增强后强化较明显；嗜铬细胞瘤4例，体积较大，密度不均，可见多个囊变坏死区；皮质腺癌2例，肿块形态不规则，边缘模糊，密度不均匀，易发生大片坏死及点状钙化；转移瘤3例；神经纤维瘤、神经节瘤及髓性脂肪瘤各1例。

The results showed : thymus, Bursa, Harderian gland and spleen weight increase with age, gradually increasing; Thymus index, Bursa index and Harderian gland, the index increased with age gradually and the spleen index increase with age in the first increased and then decreased.

结果表明：胸腺、法氏囊、哈德氏腺和脾脏的重量随日龄的增长，逐渐增大；胸腺指数、法氏囊指数和哈德氏腺指数随日龄的增长逐渐变小，脾脏指数随日龄的增长，先增加后减小。

Viral vector mainly contain adenovirus, retrovirus,adeno-associated virus and so on, but it has potential danger of safety; it isrepeled by immune system when it is injected to organism for a greatimmunogenicity. An injection with adenovirus vector with highconcentration, it leads to serious inflammatory reaction of liver. Viralvector such as liposome and polycation are commonly used lately. But,liposome and polycation have low specificness and targetness of genetransfer tissue, have lower transfection efficiency and short period ofgene expression, for they can be phagocytized by endothelial system.

许多的载体，病毒载体和非病毒载体以前已广泛应用，病毒载体主要包括腺病毒，逆转录病毒，腺相关病毒等；但病毒载体在安全性方面存在潜在的危险；免疫原性比较强，注射到机体后很快会被机体的免疫系统排斥，当静脉注射高浓度的腺病毒载体会使肝脏发生严重的炎症反应；非病毒载体目前常用的有脂质体及多聚阳离子聚合物；但脂质体和阳离子聚合物介导基因转移缺乏组织的特异性和靶向性，转染效率较低且易被网状内皮系统吞噬，基因表达时间短；因此研制新型的非病毒载体已成为研究的热点，纳米颗粒具有小尺寸效应，表面效应，随着颗粒直径变小，比表面积将会显著增大，故具有很高的化学活性，因而纳米成为了最有应用前景的非病毒载体。
