Methods Twenty-two patients （12 male,10 female）histologically proved for epidermoid tumor of the cerebellopontine angle area were studied by using MR equipment.

目的 探讨磁共振弥散加权成像、液体抑制反转恢复序列在桥小脑角区表皮样囊肿诊断中的应用价值方法收集我院经手术病理证实的表皮样囊肿22例，男12例，女10例，行MR检查。

This case report investigates the behavioral responses of body image change of a cerebellopontine angle tumor patient. Twelve process recordings obtained from a field study comprised the data for analysis.

本研究采田野研究法，探讨一位小脑桥脑角肿瘤病人在手术前后身体心像的改变及其行为反应，研究者将护理过程写成行为过程记录12篇，再加以分析。

Result shows that cerebellar cortex of Chrysolophus pictus comprises molecular layer, Purkinje cell layer and granular layer.

结果表明，红腹锦鸡小脑皮层可分分子层、Purkinje细胞层、颗粒层3层。

Results (1)Of 104 patients with trigeminal neuralgia,75 patients had neurovascular compression or contact of the cisternal portion of the trigeminal nerve at MR imaging and 69 patients were verified by operation;14 patients had C-P angle tumors,13 cases were diagnosed by MRI and the remaining one was verified by the operation and pathology;5 patients had vascular lesions at MR imaging which were verified by microvascular decompression.

结果 (1)104例三叉神经痛患者中MRI诊断为血管压迫或接触的为75例，术中证实有血管压迫或接触的为69例；桥小脑角肿瘤共14例，MRI确诊13例，另1例由手术确诊；血管性病变的为5例，均由微血管减压术或手术病理证实；(2)三叉神经痛病因中血管压迫或接触、肿瘤性病变及血管性病变所占比例分别为66.3%(69/104)、13.5%(14/104)和4.8%(5/104)；(3)根据手术结果，MRI对三叉神经痛患者诊断的敏感性为89.4%，特异性为96.6%。

经SS前迷路后入路是处理岩斜坡区、桥小脑角区病变理想的手术入路；研究和熟悉手术入路中的解剖结构及部分变异对指导手术十分必要；岩骨内测面的骨性结构之间有着相对稳定的空间关系；顶乳缝前角是SS和TS转接处在颅外的标志；IAM和PSC等结构可以作为手术中的重要骨性标志；以PSC确定岩骨的磨除范围是较安全和可靠的，但亦可以结合影像检查，以内耳道和乙状窦前缘为基点判定切除范围，如果操作空间足够，过分强调磨出半规管是不适当的；右侧GSS的宽度和深度较对侧大，SS前置和颈静脉球高位较对侧多见，这些都对右侧入路有不利的影响，但仍可以进行手术操作；三叉神经和面神经间隙及面l 神经和舌咽神经间隙方便到达斜坡并处理病变。l

These anatomic study will help the neurosurgeon to correctly localize the facial and cochlear nerve during operations and to result in low morality and more higher anatomic and functional protection of the facial and cochleare nerve.

小脑桥脑角区神经血管差异较大，上述的解剖结果为外科手术提供了显微解剖学基础，对于术中面神经，位听神经定位，降低手术死亡率，提高面神经，位听神经的解剖及功能保存率有重要的意义。
