The ganglioglioma was found in the tempora and occipital lobe in 7 cases,in the brainstem in 1 case, cystic-solid tumor was observed in 5 cases with extramural nodule in 3 cases, obviously thickened gyri were revealed in 1 cases and central necrosis in 2 cases.The 3 cases of Lhermitte-Duclos disease include the specific molecular layer imaging features.

结果 5例中枢神经细胞瘤有一定的MRI特征，3例诊断正确。8例神经节细胞胶质瘤中，7例位于或主要位于颞、枕叶，1例位于桥脑和延髓，表现为囊实性者5例，实性部分位于囊外的有3例，呈实性表现为局部脑回增厚者1例，囊变坏死明显者2例。3例小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤有特征性的条纹状或分层状表现。

Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for images of CT,MRI and DSA of 12 patients with intracranial venous angiomas.In all cases,7 cases male,5 cases female,age ranged from 8 years old to 72 years old.All patients underwent the examinations of CT,MRI and/or DSA.Results All 12 patients had single lesion.In these cases,there were 6 cases （50%） located in cerebella,6 cases （50%） located in cerebra including 3 cases （25%） in lobus frontalis and 3 cases （25%） in lobus parietalis.Most patients had slight clinical symptoms and were detected the lesions accidentally when they were examined for other diseases.Compared the imaging features of CT,MRI and DSA,conventional CT scan was negative,but there were characteristic images which was "dendritic" sign in contrast-enhanced CT and MRI,and typical findings of "caput medusae"sign in venous phase of DSA.

结果 颅内静脉血管瘤均为单发；6例（50%）位於幕下小脑实质内，6例（50%）位於幕上额叶（3例25%）、顶叶（3例25%）脑实质内；患者临床症状轻微，多为合并其他病变检查时偶然发现；CT、MRI及DSA的影像比较，CT平扫为阴性，CT增强扫描与MRI平扫呈特征性表现，即树枝征，DSA静脉期可见典型表现蛇头征。

结果 阿维菌素染毒后对大鼠体重增长和小脑脏器系数无影响，但可引起运动失调；染毒后21 d时，5.0 mg/kg组大脑皮层中LDH、GS、CK以及CaN活力分别为(1.508±0.084)，(299.849±33.563)U/，(7.635±0.377)U/ml，(0.699±0.043)μmolpi/，与对照组比较LDH活力无明显改变，GD、CK活力明显增加，CaN活力明显下降(P.05)。
