METHODS: Total 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, i.e., normal control group , DMN model group , large dose treatment group , middle dose treatment group, small dose treatment group and Dongbao gantai treatment group. The liver fibrotic model was induced by i.p. dimethylnitrosamine for 4wk. The relative herbs were given after model establishment in each treatment group and the administration lasted for 6 weeks. Decollate to get the blood and The serum hepatofibrosis indexes, hyaluronic acid, collagen IV, pro-collagen type III and laminin were measuredwith radioimmunoassay. SOD and MDA were measured with biochemistry method. The liver pathological changes were observed in each group of rats.

将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随即机分正常对照组、模型对照组、实验大剂量组(20ml/kg/d)、实验中剂量组(10ml/kg/d)、实验小剂量组(5ml/kg/d)及东宝肝泰药物对照组；腹腔注射二甲基亚硝胺制备大鼠肝纤维化模型，连续灌胃6周，断头取血，生化检测血清SOD、MDA；放射免疫法测定血清HA、LN、PCIII及IV-C；取肝左叶做HE染色和Mallory胶原染色，观察肝病理组织学改变。

The light microscopy found that the livers pathological damage was milder, the number and the volume of granuloma were smaller than those of the control, the electron microscopy demonstrated that a lot of hepatocytes denatured, fibrous tissues proliferated, eosinophile and lymphocytes infiltrated in the liver.

光镜下观察发现肝脏病变明显减轻，肉芽肿数目少，体积小；电镜观察发现肝组织病变轻微，大部分肝细胞变性，肝纤维组织增生，有嗜酸粒细胞和淋巴细胞浸润。

Results calf liver extract at 100 mg/l could protect the hepatocytes from injury, but the effect was not obvious. at 500 mg/l, calf liver extract could protect the hepatocytes obviously. with increasing concentration, the protective effect weakened gradually.

结果 小牛肝提取物在100 mg/l时即可起到保护肝细胞损伤的作用，但效果不明显，在500 mg/l时可明显保护肝细胞损伤，之后随着浓度的加大保护作用逐渐减弱。

鸭乙型肝炎病毒试验采用经腹腔接种制备的雏鸭DHBV血症模型作肝乐胶囊抗乙肝病毒的治疗观察。免疫功能试验：小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能的影响；血清溶血素的生成；免疫器官重量。结果：鸭乙型肝炎试验结果表明：用药0W、用药2W、用药4W、停药1W后动物血清检测DHBV DNA：除病毒对照组及肝乐胶囊小剂量外，肝乐胶囊中、大剂量组血清DHBV DNA均有显著或极显著降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)，并有量效关系。

MethodsA subline of human pancreatic cancer cell line MIAPaCa2 (MIAPaCa23) with high liver metastasis potential was selected and injected through the tail vein to establish a pancreatic cancer model in nude mice with high liver metastasis. The capability of invasion in vitro was evaluated by a transwell chamber system.

方法筛选出高肝转移的胰腺癌细胞亚型MIAPaCa23，用Transwell小室模型观察PESV对MIAPaCa23细胞体外侵袭能力的影响；尾静脉注射MIAPaCa23细胞建立高肝转移率的裸鼠胰腺癌模型，对比PESV和化疗药物吉西他滨以及抗血管生成剂TNP470对裸鼠胰腺癌肝转移的抑制作用。

Nepalensis wall polysaccharide was prepared with hot water extraction,ethanol precipitation,dialyzation,and lyophilization.the crude polysaccharide was separated by deae-cellulose chromatography and purified by sephadex g-200 chromatography.the inhibit effect of the polysaccharide on lipid peroxidation of mice liver was conducted by tba method.the model of liver-injury induced by carbon tetrachloride（ccl4was used to validate the variety of the realated ast.results onefold ingredient polysaccharide was obtained after isolated and purified.conclusion the ingredient can remarkably inhibit lipid peroxidation of rat liver and significantly reduce activity of ast.

用热水提取，乙醇沉淀提取粗多糖，再经sevag法去除蛋白，透析去除小分子物质，冷冻干燥得楮头红多糖粗品；采用deae-52纤维素柱层析和sephadex g-200凝胶柱层析进行分离纯化；用tba法考察多糖的抗脂质过氧化作用；采用ccl4急性肝损伤模型，测定其血清中ast变化。结论获得一个楮头红多糖组分。tba法表明该组分对小鼠自发性脂质过氧化具有显著的抑制作用；在保肝试验中，给药组能明显抑制ast的升高，对肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
