It was showed that from a super-high yield germplasm HS Z6-06-56 derivated from an interspecific hybridization between common wheat and durum wheat: Dates of flagging,heading and maturing were 1,1 and 2 d earlier compared with its accepter′s parent of Shi 4185,respectively,there were no differences between traits of plant height,head length,spikelets/head by means of anova analysis.

通过对普通小麦、四倍体硬粒小麦种间杂交超高产新种质HS Z6-06-56性状表现分析表明：该种质与受体亲本石4185相比，挑旗期、抽穗期及成熟期分别提早1，1及2 d，株高、穗长、小穗数三性状等同于受体。

A set of spelt monosomic lines as female parent were respectively crossed with wheat new variety SM96 and new line SM20005 to determine the chromosomal location of the gene conferring resistance to powdery mildew in both. Seeding of parents, F〓 and F〓 from monosomic F〓 were inoculated with race no. 15 of Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici. Analysis of obtained data revealed that one major dominant resistant gene originating from wild Emmer in the variety SM96 and the line SM20005 was located on chromosome 4A.

为确定小麦新品种沈免96和新品系沈免20005含有的抗白粉病基因所在染色体，以一套斯卑尔脱单体系为母本分别与沈免96和沈免20005杂交，将亲本、F〓、单体F〓植株的F〓代群体在苗期用小麦白粉菌15号小种的单孢菌系接种鉴定，单体分析结果表明，沈免96及沈免20005所含源于野生二粒小麦的抗小麦白粉菌15号小种的1个显性主效基因位于4A染色体上。

The operating range suitable for three-phase reaction was obtained and a mathematical model established. The results show that MSB formed by fine magnetizable powder and fliudizing flow can be operated stably in a wide range. MSB has three kinds of regimes: particulate, chain, and magnetically condensed. In these regimes, the chain regime is the best for three-phase reaction. When Ni-RE-P catalyst particles mixed with some iron powder, magnetically stabilization is easily achieved; therefore, it is possible that NiRE-P catalyst can be controlled in the bed for reaction more easilly if adding certain percentage of iron powder.
