For household users to establish simple antifreeze dilution disposal ways of applying gender-controlled embryo freezingly-preserved technique by one-step vitrification dilution method,A,B,and C structure approaches of liquid layers in canaliculi were applied to investigate their survival capacity after embryos freshly-split by one-step dilution;and minimum capacity refrigerant method in specific canaliculus and above structure approach of liquid layer B were also applied to compare their survival capacity of frozen and melted embryos freshly split,and frozen and melted IVF embryos splited by one-step dilution.

为了创立在用户庭院就能应用的玻璃化保存性别控制胚胎的冷冻剂稀释处理方法，采用细管内3种不同液体层构成法，对新鲜分割胚一步法稀释后的存活能力进行了研究；其次用特定细管最小容量冷却法与上述3种不同液体层构成中效果较好的B法对玻璃化冷冻溶解的新鲜分割胚、体外受精分割胚及冷冻溶解的体外受精分割胚进行一步法稀释后的存活能力予以对比。

The paper studies fault diagnosis technology based on fruticose gas pipe network which is universal in small towns,and gives a particular description of domestic and foreign gas pipe network fault diagnosis technique based on hardware and software currently. The author uses graph theory to build up hydraulic analysis model of natural gas network and presents its solution methods. Besides, the author works out the relation between gas pipe pressure and flux in unsteady condition of fluid flow according to pressure boundary condition and differential equation group, and puts forward fault diagnosis methods and steps of the fruticose natural gas pipe network of middle pressure based on the simplification of this relation.

本文针对小城镇比较普遍的枝状天然气分配管网进行故障诊断技术研究，详细叙述了目前国内外基于硬件和软件的燃气管网故障诊断技术，利用图论理论建立了天然气管网水力分析模型并叙述了其求解方法，根据燃气管内流动的微分方程组和压力边界条件求解出非稳定流动时燃气管道压力和流量的关系，并在对此关系进行简化的基础上提出了基于中压枝状天然气管网的故障诊断方法和步骤。

The physical character of the super-critical hydrogen in the regenerative cooling channel is studied : started with the physical character of the super-critical hydrogen , using the method of least square , figuring out the state equation which is applicable to the state from liquid to the super-critical in the super-critical pressure , the constrained convection and the heat transfer in the super-critical channel are simulated using the equation , the results of the simulation are identical with the experiment in the same condition .
