Scar resection in upper lip, orbicularis oris muscle reconstruction, Z-plasty, V-Y plasty or double movable mucomuscular complex flaps for vermilion defects were applied to slight nasolabial deformities. In severe labionasal deformities, Forked flap was used at the upper lip to lengthen columella for patients who have enough upper lip tissue, while for those who have deficient upper lip tissue, the prolabium was advanced into columella for lengthening and an Abbé flap was adopted for upper lip reconstruction. Results Since 2000, we have treated 23 patients of secondary deformities of bilateral cleft lip.

对上唇及鼻畸形较轻者，采用上唇瘢痕切除，口轮匝肌重建，V-Y成形、Z成形术或双侧肌蒂红唇肌粘膜瓣向中间推进矫正红唇口哨畸形；对唇鼻畸形较严重但上唇组织较多者，采用鼻底叉形瓣延长鼻小柱进行矫治；对唇鼻畸形严重并有上唇过紧者，采用前唇组织瓣延长鼻小柱，下唇带蒂组织瓣旋转修复上唇正中缺损。

Objective To introduce a procedure of nympholepsy.Methods With the central part of the nympha excised,the hem preserved,the superior and lower part of the nympha served as flap pedicles,a double pedi-cles arc-shaped flap was elevated.The incision was conglutinated by ZT glue after the muscular layer sutured.Re-sults 36cases（62sides）were cured by this method with satisfying results.

目的 介绍治疗小阴唇肥的手术方法方法采用弧形双蒂瓣法行小阴唇整形术，保留小阴唇边缘，以小阴唇上、下部蒂，去除小阴唇中部一全层组织，形成一弧形双蒂组织瓣，缝合肌层后用医用粘涂ZT胶粘合切口。

According to this method,four different 11-step algorithms with four different window functions which are rectangular window,triangle window,hanning window,and blackman window are designed. Analysis and simulation show that hanning window and blackman window with small lobes are less sensitive to errors. Seven different algorithms with the same phase shifting interval π/2 are designed by hanning window function,whose phase shifting steps are separately 5,11,15,39,51,76 and 101 steps.

选择矩形窗、三角窗、hanning窗和blackman窗生成4种11步移相算法，对振动误差和相移误差的分析验证了旁瓣小的hanning窗和blackman窗生成的算法对误差的灵敏度要小；再选择hanning窗生成了移相间距为π/2的5，11，15，39，51，76和101步7种移相算法，仿真验证了步数越多主瓣越小，对振动抑制能力越好，但需要更高的微位移器移动精度来获得有效的干涉条纹。

The main results were showed as follows:Through screen and identification of morphology in M_2 and M_3, respectively, the mutants with mutative traits of plant were found. In which, 11 mutations were leaf variations, including light-green leaf, deep-green leaf, durative yellowish leaf, temporary yellowish leaf, inlaid yellowish leaf, wrinkly leaf, smooth-edged curly leaf, splitting-shaped curly leaf, peduncular-shaped leaf, round leaf and larger leaf, 12 were mutations on plant type, including excessive branches, lacking branches, highness, dwarf-like, erect posture, reclinate posture, strong stalk, slender stalk, tufty branches, wrinkled plant, purple stalk and hair-covered plant, 14 were flower variations, including dense flowers, light-yellow petals, white petals, white-mosaic petals, wrinkled petales, back-rolled petals, narrow petals, larger petals, smaller petals, apetalous flowers, variable-numbered petals, fertile pistil protraction, sterile pistil protraction and multi-anther, and 5 were physiologic mutants, including genic male sterile, cytoplasmic male sterile, bud-dead, and early and later bloom.

主要结果如下：通过田间M_2筛选和M_3重复鉴定，在田间农艺性状方面共获得浅绿叶色、深绿叶色、转绿黄化叶、持续黄化叶、边缘黄化叶、皱缩叶、光叶型卷叶、裂叶型卷叶、薹叶形叶、宽圆叶和大叶等11种不同的叶部性状突变体；同时还筛选到多分枝、少分枝、高杆、矮杆、株型紧凑、株型松散、粗茎、细茎、丛生分枝、整株皱缩、紫茎、整株被毛等12种植株性状突变体，密花、浅色花瓣、白色花瓣、白斑花瓣、皱瓣、卷瓣、窄瓣、大瓣、小瓣、无瓣、花瓣数目不定、可育型柱头外露、不育型柱头外露和多雄蕊等14种花器性状突变体，以及细胞核雄性不育、细胞质雄性不育、死蕾、早花和迟花等5种生理性状突变体。

Methods 49 cases with unilateral cleft lip were repaired on modified Millard's method. These ways include: The improved type"Ⅰ"didn't make cut under the anterior naris;the distinction between the wet and dry vermilion of the lip, and the application in the operation; closed in the wound near at pyriform aperture edge by"L-flap"and"M-flap"; relaxed alae nasi and made a slack cut in the nasal cavity; flexible use for"5～x"back cut and "C-flap".

对49例先天性单侧唇裂应用改良的Millard法修复：改良Ⅰ式不在患侧鼻孔下方作切口，减少了瘢痕形成；利用患侧干燥红唇组织重建健侧唇弓部分的红唇欠缺；利用小瓣&L&、&M&连同唇颊黏膜瓣来参与闭合梨状缘附近的伤口促进愈合；松解患侧鼻翼外侧脚及鼻腔内作松弛切口重建前鼻孔；灵活掌握&5～x&的返切和&C&瓣的旋转推进方向来延长唇高。
