结果：28例周围型小肺癌的主要CT表现：全部为孤立结节，25例有分叶征、21例边缘毛糙、13例有空泡征和细支气管充气征、15例有血管集束征、20例有胸膜凹陷征、5例有病灶胸膜侧模糊影。

Objective To explore the effects of N -Has gene over expression on malignantly transformed human bronchial epithelial cell induced by anti-benzo pyrene-trans-7,8 dihydrodiol-9,10-epoxide (16HBE-T) using small hairpin RNA. Methods The recombinant plasmid pGPU6/GFP/Neo-NRas-566 including N-Has shHNA was transfected to 16HBE-T cells.

目的 用小发卡RNA(small hairpin RNA， shRNA)干扰技术沉默N-Ras基因表达，探讨N-Ras基因表达对二羟环氧苯并花转化人支气管上皮细胞(16HBE-T)恶性性状的影响。

CT findings of active tuberculosis appears as consolidation (17.4%),single cavity and small mutible cavities (13.1%),ground-glass opacity(10.9%),tree-in-bud sign(17.4%) in this study,but nodosity and mass (30.4%) were not rare,7 cases of which as border enhancement.23(82.1%) patients were diagnosed correctly and other 5 (17.9%) patients were misdiagnosed.

CT征象多表现为活动性病变，其中大片状实变影(17.4%)、空洞影包括1例多发小空洞(13.1%)、磨玻璃征(10.9%)和树芽状支气管播散病灶(17.4%)，但结节和肿块影(30.4%)也不少见，并且其中7例病灶呈边缘强化。本组CT正确诊断23例(82.1%)，误诊5例(17.9%)。

Results (1)Findings characteristics:small vacuole sign,pleural retraction sign and obstructive pneamonia only oppeared in peripheral lung cancer,thin-walled cavity less than 3 cm in diameter should be seen peculiar sign of it,thick-walled inregular cavity could be found in inflammatory pseudotumor and tuberculoma,spiculate protuberance showed mostly in peripheral lung cancer,but appeared in inflammatory lesion too,air bronchogram,pleural tail sign and long spiculation appeared mostly in inflammatory pseudotumor,calcification,pleurae thckening appeared mostly in tuberculoma.

结果（1）征象特点：小泡征、胸膜凹陷征、阻塞性肺炎仅见于周围型肺癌；小于3cm薄壁空洞为周围型肺癌的少见征象之一；炎性假瘤、结核球可出现不规则厚壁偏心空洞；棘状突起除周围型肺癌多见外，炎性病变亦可出现；支气管充气征、长毛刺、胸膜尾征炎性假瘤出现率高；钙化、胸膜肥厚结核球多见。
