The liver specimens were immunohistostained by SP method (1)Fas antigen and FasLs specific positive signals were found mainly on the surface or/ and in the cytoplasm of the hepatocytes, these positive hepatocytes were scattered nearby periportal region and hepatic lobule with piecemeal necrosis, the infiltrating lymphocytes were mainly FasL-positive cells.

1Fas、FasL在肝组织肝细胞膜及胞浆均有不同程度表达，其表达阳性细胞主要位于汇管区小叶内及周边碎屑状坏死区，呈弥漫分布，在其周围浸润的淋巴细胞上多为FasL阳性细胞，亦可见到Fas阳性细胞。

Results The activating areas of acupuncture at Daling (PC 7) were mainly on Brodmann 46/47/44/9 areas of inferior frontal gyrus,Brodmann 6 area of middle frontal gyrus,Brodmann 22 area of superior temporal gyrus and Brodmann 40 area of postcentral gyrus and inferior parietal lobule.

结果：针刺大陵穴所获得的脑激活区主要位于额下回的Brodmann 46/47/44/9区，额中回的Brodmann 6区，颞上回的Brodmann 22区，中央后回和顶下小叶的Brodmann 40区。

Results:In comparison with fixation cross, recognition of neutral faces activated the left middle frontal gyrus, the bilateral precentral gyrus, the right amygdala, the left parahippocampal gyrus, the right postcentral gyrus and the left thalamus.

RESULTS: The right superior temporal gyrus (BA22), left medial frontal gyrus (BA46), followed by right and left postcentral gyrus of parietal lobe (BA2, BA3), left inferior frontal gyrus (BA45) and left inferior parietal lobule (BA40) were evoked by acupuncture at Taixi, but there was no activeation area after untwisting acupoint.
