Methods The present study has been carried out using NaCMC injected into the mice's abdominal cavity to cause inflammation and induce white blood cell migration,varnishing DNFB to induce mice's DTH,injecting colloid activated carbon suspension into mice's tail vein,with 10% of sheep RBC injected into the abdomen to immunize mice.

采用大鼠腹腔注射羟甲基纤维素钠致炎诱发白细胞游走，涂抹二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应，小鼠尾静脉注射胶体碳悬液，腹腔注射10%羊红细胞免疫小鼠，观察小儿利咽康颗粒剂对羟甲基纤维素钠致炎诱发白细胞游走的抑制作用，对二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应、对小鼠血中碳粒清除速度、对小鼠血清凝集素的影响。

采用大鼠腹腔注射羟甲基纤维素钠致炎诱发白细胞游走，涂抹二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应，小鼠尾静脉注射胶体碳悬液，腹腔注射10%羊红细胞免疫小鼠，观察小儿利咽康颗粒剂对羟甲基纤维素钠致炎诱发白细胞游走的抑制作用，对二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应、对小鼠血中碳粒清除速度、对小鼠血清凝集素的影响。

Results The causes of deformity in bone and joint of replanted fingers included:incorrect internal fixation,improper disposal with bone and joint stump,adhesion of tendon,contraction of scar,influence of injury mechanism,epiphysis injury of children,etc.

结果 再植指晚期骨与关节畸形的发生原因包括：内固定使用不当、骨与关节处理欠妥、肌腱粘连或修复不牢固、瘢痕挛缩、受伤机制的影响和小儿骨骺损伤等。

Methods The tidal breath flow volume loop, passive expiration flow volume curve and functional residual capacity were performed in 611patients of respiratory system disease at sleeping, using Sensor Medics 2600 pediatric pulmonary function meter.

方法采用SensorMedics2600型小儿肺功能仪，对611例呼吸系统疾患婴幼儿进行睡眠时潮气呼吸流速容量环、被动呼气流速容量曲线检查，部分患儿进行功能残气量测定。结果611例患儿中检出肺功能异常者558例(91.32%)。
