本文首次利用小波变换实现了三维地震数据体的快速多分辨率显示；针对地震数据体的特点，提出了基于OpenGL的改进光线投影法的快速算法及改进的脚印算法；实现了地震数据体的切割、面状地质体的构造及面状构造与地震数据体的联合显示，动画效果的形成等三维地震数据体显示效果；分析了三维地质体的特点及常规地质解释过程的特点，提出了三维地学可视化软件的体系结构，并实现了其中主要功能，取得了良好的效果。

The experiment study about the subcritical normalizing holding temperature effects the macrostructure and hardness of the 40SiMnCrNiMoA steel shows: When subcritical normalizing holding temperature is 760℃, the ferrite in the mixture phase structure is lumpish, the hardness of the steel is low (about HRC32), and when the holding temperature is over 800℃, the hardness of the steel is about HRC49, the ferrite in the mixture phase structure is in old critical range austenite grain boundaries, it is disadvantage for the steel strengthening. When the holding temperature is 780℃, the mixture phase structure is mixture phase structure including the strip ferrite、martensite and bainite, the ferrite is less than 20%wt, its grains are fine and even, the hardness of the steel is about HRC38, it is in the range of HRC35-40 which is the long-life drill rod needed.

Results:(1) The conchosporangia of brown yellow mutant was smaller and mature time was 15 days later than the parents. Thallus grew slowly in early stage, but average daily growth rate reached (7.50±1.18) cm after blade length was over 60 cm.(2)The emerald conchocelis were easy to mature and had special developmental mode that the spherulocytes can directly develop into sporangial branchlets and conchosporangia without thick conchocelis stage. Emerald blades were low in RPE with just (6.4710±0.0184) mg/g dry mass. The thallus grew quickly, average daily growth rate reached (11.95±2.33) cm after blade length was over 60 cm.(3) The conchocelis filaments of breen mutant were thin and short. Thallus grew slowly and had low contents of three phycobiliprotenin and chlorophyl.

实验进行50d。结果：(1)褐黄色突变体藻蓝蛋白和别藻蓝蛋白含量低；孢子囊枝的细胞较小，且大量形成时间比亲本晚15d；幼苗培养初期日平均生长量仅为(1.22±0.28)cm，当叶片长到60cm左右时生长优势逐步凸显，日平均生长量可达(7.50±1.18)cm；(2)翠绿色丝状体容易成熟，发育方式特殊，营养藻丝不经过藻丝加粗阶段，直接由球形细胞发育成孢子囊枝和壳孢子囊；翠绿色叶状体藻红蛋白含量低，仅有(5.5130±1.0496)mg/g；叶状体生长快速，60cm长的藻体日平均生长量高达(11.95±2.33)cm；(3)褐绿色突变体藻蓝蛋白、别藻蓝蛋白和藻红蛋白这3种色素蛋白和叶绿素的含量均较低；藻丝细胞短且细，叶状体生长速度较慢。

The results show that the suitable material for treatment is the bulb basal plate tissue with a thin part of scales after having been inoculated for 7 days,and regeneration dose is 50～60Gy,the optimum treatment dose for breading is 15～20Gy.In the small bulbs treated with 15Gy and 20 Gy,two mutants were selected,one is shorter with more leaves,the other expands faster.

结果表明，接种7D的外植体更适合作为水仙离体诱变的材料，其不分化剂量为50~60GY，半剂量为15~20GY，在10和15GY处理中，发现了两种小鳞茎突变类型，一种为叶片数增多的矮化突变体，一种为试管小球茎膨大速度加快，所以适宜辐射诱变的剂量为10~20GY。

The results show that die suitable material for treatment is the bulb basal plate tissue with a thin part of scales after having been inoculated for 7 days, and regeneration dose is 50~60Gy, the optimum treatment dose for heading is 15~20Gy. In the small bulls tinted with l5Gy and 20Gy, two mutants were selected, one is shorter with more leaves, the other expands faster.

结果表明，接种7d的外植体更适合作为水仙离体诱变的材料，其不分化剂量为50~60Gy，半剂量为15~20Gy，在10和15Gy处理中，发现了两种小鳞茎突变类型，一种为叶片数增多的矮化突变体，一种为试管小球茎膨大速度加快，所以适宜辐射诱变的剂量为10~20Gy。

The small bulbs induced were full and the shapes of them were regular. The explants incubating in other seasons were not suitable. By comparison different incision methods, we found it' was better taking stem plate carrying bulb leaves as explants than any other treatments.

通过对不同季节的水仙鳞茎外植体进行组培观察，发现8月份至次年5月份接种的水仙外植体，小鳞茎的诱导率几乎达到100%；并且，小鳞茎比较饱满，形态比较规则，其它时间接种的水仙外植体的组培效果均不理想。
