A novel multisensor images fusion algorithm is presented based on lifting quincunx wavelt. First, the lifting quincunx wavelet transform is used to perform a multiscale decomposition of each image. Then, the wavelet coefficients of fused image are constructed using multiple operators according to different fusion rules. Finally, the reconstructed image is obtained through the inverse transform.

It was found that the geometries of the studied materials were significantly affected by the ring size and intramolecular charge transfer. The HOMO level, LUMO level, and band gap of the studied model compounds were well controlled by the acceptor strength. However, the electronic properties of the studied polymer showed a significant different trend with the acceptor strength due to the geometrical transformation. The model compound of EDOT-TP and T-TP has the aromatic geometry but is transformed to the quinoid geometry for large intramolecular charge transfer. The small bond length alternation and large acceptor strength in the EDOT-BDP polymer also results in the smallest Eg of 0.7 eV among the studied polymers.

Fifteen sugarcane varieties could be divided into 6 groups on the basis of the distance more than 1.0. It resulted most ot tested sugarcane varieties had similar smut resistance. It suggested that smut race 1 and race 2 were included in inocula and the condition for Ustilago scitaminea infection was suitable in the crop season by setting up the standard varieties of NCo310, F134, NCo376 and Ya71-374 for smut identification. In addition, the results of sugarcane varieties resistant to smut race 1 and race2 were known by only a simple field trial.
