No entire nitrendipine crystals were observed visually in SEM photos. The results of X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry analysis indicated that the crystalline form of nitrendipine was highly dispersed in microspheres, so as amorphous state. The drug release rate of microspheres could be controlled with adjusting the ratio of solid dispersion carriers and retarding agents formulated. The agitation speed and temperature of the preparation process have distinct effect on micromeritic properties of microspheres. The release profiles of the microspheres were mainly affected by the stirring rate of paddle, the concentration of SDS and pH of dissolution medium. Cooling speed and time, however, have no evident influence on the drug release rate of the microspheres. The dissolution data showed that the mechanism of drug release from microsphers was mainly diffusion-controlled. The incorporation efficiencies of 3 batches sample were exceed 96. 8％, which implied that the current method was suitable for design sustained-release dosage form for poorly water-soluble drug.

This problem is also important and valuable in Nonlinear Optics. It will be very helpful to understand how the aberrations affect the course of three- wave mixing, such as the change of conversion efficiency, the distribution of intensity and phase.Small signal solution of aberrated second harmonic generation is deduced from three-dimension three wave coupling functions. The effects of the fundamental waves aberrations, which will change the conversion efficiency, distribution of intensity and phase in the frequency conversion, is analyzed. It shows that when walk-off and diffraction effects could be ignored approximately estimation of the phase distribution of second-harmonic wave could be done. The far field divergent angle and second moment radius of harmonic wave will vary with the aberration of fundamental wave, but the far field divergent angle will be obviously smaller than that of fundamental wave. The phase distribution of both fundamental and harmonic wave is measured using Hartmann-Shack wave front sensor in the experiment with 1064nm and 790nm lasers, respectively. Results are given.

The point doses at the inferior beam edge for the two energies were 31.2% and 32.4%, respectively. There were 47-54% dose increase for superior beam edge and 37.6-35.2% dose decrease for inferior beam edge, as compared to the 50% field edge dose with the static dose distribution. There were 8.5 and 7.5 mm range increase for superior beam penumbras and 5.5 and 4.5 mm range increase for inferior beam penumbras, an important result corresponding to treatment volume.
