经导管用碘油-顺铂乳剂为10例胃癌患者进行14次胃左动脉栓塞化疗，无1例发生胃穿孔，主要副作用为恶心呕吐、上腹烧灼痛(100%)、黑便、少量呕血及SGPT升高（70%），均在治疗后一周恢复正常。5例不能切除的极晚期胃癌患者治疗后2例显效，1例有效，2例无效，缓解期3~4月。
