作者认为锁骨下静脉双胜留置导管血液透析的优点很多，首先，血流量可达200～300ml／min，能保证充分透析；另一方面透析时血液循环是静脉到静脉，对心血管系统影响小；该部位插管病人活动不受限，且导管留置时间可长达数周，所以不仅可作和临时性血透通路，也可作为长期维持性血液透析的血透通路。

Results In the major salivary glands of the fetus from 14-week to 32-week, the epithelial cells of striated and interlobular ducts showed NT-3 immunoreactivity. The immunoreactive intensity in the three major salivary glands was similar and it had no obvious chang from 14-week to 32-week.

Rat AAA model was made by perfusion PPE elastase through the abdominal aorta, and the specimen was obtained on postoperativeday 3, 7, 14, 28, respectively. Specific elastic fiber staining was used to observe the disruption of elastic fiber in aortic wall. Immunohistochemistry staining of CD68 was applied to observe the microphage infiltration. The in tisu hybridization and western blot of MCP-1 and MMP-2 were used to study the expression of mRNA and protein. Thus we can analyze the facilitated function of MCP-1 gene to the microphage adherence and infiltration on the earlier AAA.

Methods:Using Japan Shimadzu 1250Ma CCD DSA X machine,4F RH or 4F YASHIRO catheter and 3F SP microcatheter were employed in superselective chemoembolization for feeding artery of lung cancer and the metastases tumor with rich blood feeding in lung with lipiodol and 2～3 species chemodrug.The period of repetitive treatment was 4～6weeks.After treatment,the change of the symptoms,images of neoplasm and the survival rates were observed.
