主要阐述了渤海辽东湾重冰区海域锦州21-1 BOP和锦州9-3E WHPA平台导管架破冰锥体的设计实践，并对渤海重冰区平台导管架破冰锥体的设计提出了建议。

从构造角度来说，竹材胞壁率、单位面积维管束个数、纤维束比量、输导组织比量从基部到到梢部随着高度增加而增加，而薄壁组织比量、单个维管束纤维束面积随着高度增加而减小；纤维长度、纤维宽度、导管长度从基部到梢部随着高度的增加而增加，在第17竹节到第23竹节达到最大值，而后下降，纤维长宽比随着高度的增加而缓慢下降，导管宽度随着高度增加而一直增加。

From the point of microstruction,bamboo volume fraction of bundlesheath,single bundle sheath area,fiber width,cell wall thickness increase withthe growth of age,fraction of cell wall changes like density,increases with thegrowth of age,the 2 age-degree bamboo is the biggest.The reason why 2 age-degree fraction of cell wall more than 3 age-degree bamboo is the former has thegreater fraction of parenchyma;1 age-degree bamboo has the greatest fiberlength,fiber length and width ratio and vessel length.The difference in bamboofiber length,vessel length and width among other age-degrees is not distinct.

从构造角度来说，竹材的纤维束比量、单个维管束纤维束面积、纤维宽度、胞壁厚度随着年龄的增大而增大，胞壁率随年龄变化规律与密度相似，随年龄增大而增大，以2度竹最大，2度竹胞壁率比3度竹大主要由于薄壁组织比量较大所致；纤维长度、纤维长宽比、导管长度以1度竹最大，其它年龄纤维长度、导管形态变化不明显。

TEE revealed that balloon catheters were embedded in chordae tendineae of mitral valve 18 times in 12 patients.Except 3 cases developing moderate mitral regurgitation from mild regurgitation,the other cases didn't develop mitral regurgitation or have mitral regurgitation worsened.

Methods First, 704 patients receiving CO2 laryngeal laser operation from July 2, 2003 to August 21, 2008 were enrolled, and their risk events and causes were systematically analyzed. Second, in vitro experiment, we tested the tolerance of the PVC tube against different CO2 laser energy in different cutting patterns when the cuff was inflated in water or air. We also tested the combustion conditions of the PVC tube in different oxygen concentration, laser energy and cutting patterns. Results Tracheal cuff were punctured by the laser in 92 of all 704 cases. Spark and dense smoke were observed in 8 and 37 cases respectively.
