结果 ①524例寻常型银屑病患者进行期皮损以点滴状居多，稳定期患者以点滴状、钱币状、地图状为主，环状、带状则少见。而退行期则以点滴状、钱币状、环状、带状多见。②103例寻常型银屑病患者皮损的初发部位和421例再发患者皮损的现分布部位均以头皮最多，其次是小腿、肘、大腿等，最少见于粘膜、甲、外生殖器等。

Methods: We used DNCB paper method (DNCB solution absorbed in a small piece paper instead of DNCB acetone solution directly dropped on to the skin) to treat 90 cases of alopecia areata, 22 cases of verruca vulgaris, 140 cases of molluscum contagiosum, 120 cases of verruca plana and 6 cases of immuno related suppurative diseases for clinical analysis.

In the part 1, to observe the validity and security of "Xiao Ban Jing Xie Yin" decoction in treating active psorasis vulgaris, which belongs to blood-heat pattern in Traditional Chinese Medicine. 55 patients with psorasis vulgaris were divided into 2 groups at random: 30 patients in experimental group were treated with "Xiao Ban Jing Xie Yin" decoction. 25 patients in control group were treated with "Fu Fang Qing Dai" capsule.
