The fracture reasons of high strength PC steel wire are analyzed, it's considered that center segregation, central cavitation, poriness and inclusion are the metallurgical reasons which lead to the facture of PC steel wire and in the rolling process, differential coping quality, microcrack caused by surface defect, abnormal microstructure caused by burnt and improper cooling velocity, the ears on the head of the wire, overlapping of the wire rod itself are the main reasons which lead to the facture of PC steel wire. At the same time, inappropriate pickling, differential phosphorization quality, the bad heat treatment quality, the generation of crack in the improper drawing and transverse crack caused by abnormal laying of the drawing die are also the reasons of the cracking of PC wire.

Results:①The amount of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. The morphology of partial SW480 cells was shrunk volume, integrated cell membrane, condensed cytoplasm, pyknotic chromatin, nuclear fragmentation. Apoptotic Corpuscles were found by electron microscope.②MTT colorimetric assay showed quercetin inhibited the growth of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 in a time- and dose-dependent manner when the concentration of quercetin was 30、60、90μmol/L.③Flow cytometry analysis showed the cell cycle of SW480 cell was restricted in G1/S. G0/G1 phase rate increased and S phase rate decreased with increasing concentration of quercetin and time lasting.④ Zymogram analysis assay showed the secretion of matrix metalloproteinases in human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. With increasing concentration of quercetin, the secretion of MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased.⑤Immunohistochemistry method demonstrated the position expression of Cathepsin-D in SW480 cell was suppressed by quercetin in a time- and dose-dependent manner.

Results The bletilla colloid was a homogenous viscous colloid whose relative viscosity was 2324.6 mm2/s. It was easily injected through 4-F catheter and hyperattenuating under fluoroscopy, meanwhile, with good histocompatibility and hemo-compatibility, without pyrogenetic response and toxicity. In vitro, the mixture of bletilla colloid and MMC did not produce separation and suspention phenomena but released 50%of MMC at 1.8h and 100%at 3.4h. The bletilla colloid mainly embolized peripheral arteries, maintaining occlusion for 5 weeks and without formation of collateral circulation. The injuries of normal hepatic tissues were slight, without hepatic cytonecrosis.
