In order to reduce the corrosion of acidic paint stripper to aeronautical metals and provide with better anti-corrosion additive for AIL4130, TC4, LY12, and 20(superscript #) steel, a series of inhibitors and their composite were investigated. Weight loss experiment, Tafel curves measurement and SEM observation were carried out for the above metals in the formic acid solution which was normally used in the paint stripper. The experimental results indicate that the optimizing composite inhibitor consists of sodium benzoate, 2-thiourea, hexamethylenetetramine, sodium laurylsulfonate and 1, 2, 3-benzotriazole.

为降低酸性脱漆剂对飞机金属材料的腐蚀，以脱漆剂中经常使用的甲酸水溶液为研究介质，以AIL4130、TC4、LY12、20钢等材料为研究对象，通过腐蚀失重法、塔菲尔曲线测量和SEM观察，筛选出对以上各金属材料缓蚀效果较好的复配缓蚀剂体系，即苯甲酸钠、硫脲、六次甲基四胺、十二烷基磺酸钠、苯并三氮唑等缓蚀剂的优化组合。

The orange osmanthus skin-traditional Chinese medicine being taken as raw material, the active ingredient-phenol was extracted with the method of steam distillation and then the derivative of paeonol-aminoethanol and 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazone was synthesized. The structural characterization of the derivatives carried out was identified and the test in the anti-bacterial role of three kinds of gram-negative and positive bacteria was done with the method of agar diffusion.

The load carrying capacity and antiwear property of S,P containing benzotriazole derivative (BM 3) were evaluated using a four ball test machine,and compared with those of zinc salt di(T 202 ) and amine salt of complex ester thiophosphate (T 307 ). The antiwear mechanism of BM 3 were studied by investigating the chemical states and the mass fraction of elements on the rubbed surfaces using X ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electron probe microanalysis and the thermal decomposition products using gas chromatography mass spectrograph.

In the three systems, system realizes the crosslinking of PVC bases on the peroxide crosslinking mechanism, the tensile strength of crosslinked PVC has been improved somewhat, the IR spectrum of gel demonstrates that there are characteristic absorption peaks of n-alcohol that belongs to ethanol amine and benzenoid group. From the analysis of gel structure , deduces that the mechanism of crosslinking reaction: under the initiations of peroxide and high temperature, PVC yields macromolecules free radicals, at the same time , styrene"s polymerization and grafting onto PVC takes place, at last the system forms crosslinking structure through coupling between radicals; confirms that triethanol amine can absorb HC1 produced by degradation of PVC, so improves the crosslinking efficiency of peroxide, decreases the HCl"s promotion for PVC"s degradation; deduces that triethanol amine can activate the PVC macromolecules and prolong the free radicals" life-time of PVC macromolecules; the effect to the PVC macromolecule makes styrenes graft reaction easy, and thus improves the crosslinking efficiency.

In this paper, a systematic study on the wetting capacity of sulfate of myristic acid monoethanolamide was made by the canvas sinkking method, through measuring the wetting time of MMS's solution under different concentration, different temperature and different degree of hardwater and comparing with three other surfactants.

The solubilities, thermal stabilities and luminescent properties of the polymers were evaluated. All the polymers are thermal-stable, and are soluble in common organic solvents. The emission of their thin film is from excimer emission.

In this study, Japanese cedar, Ma bamboo and Makino bamboo were liquefied in polyethylene glycol/glycerol co-solvent with H2SO4 or HCl as catalyst. The liquefied woody materials were blended with PMDI (4,4'-Diphenylmethane diisocyanate;MDI) to prepare the PU foams. The effects of preparation conditions of PU resin on the properties of PU foams were investigated.
