对流层

In this paper, a method for diagnosing temperature advection in mid-and-upper troposphere is proposed, with which the advection magnitudes between 700 and 300 hPa in several cases are analysed.

本文提出了对流层中上层温度平流的一种诊断方法。应用这一方法分析了一些例子中700—300 hPa间的平流值。

In the upper troposphere the isentropic potential vorticity advection contributed to the cyclogenesis and its effect was limited.

Finally, applications of the anomalous propagation of microwave in tropospheric ducts are discussed: in connection with concrete radar parameters, effects of ducts on radar range and detection performance are discussed, the results obtained are of great value for the overall design of radar systems; by use of the interference standards of ITU-R, the co-ordination area of satellite earth-station under tropospheric ducts environment is studied ; by explaining the relationship between evaporation duct and advection fog, a new way to forecast sea advection fog from evaporation duct is provided.

最后讨论了对流层大气波导环境下电波异常传播特性的应用：结合具体的雷达系统参数，模拟计算了大气波导对雷达作用距离及发现概率的影响，对雷达系统的总体设计具有重要的参考价值；对表面大气波导环境下的卫星地球站通信协调区域进行了确定，从理论上很好地给出了协调距离量级的概念，为卫星地球站与地面微波站之间的协调提供了依据和参考；分析了利用海面蒸发波导来快速预测平流海雾的新方法，完善了平流海雾的预报方法，对海上安全作业和生产具有重要的意义。

Theresults obtained are inspiring and are as follows.(1) The model simulates well the largescale conditionsin which the MCS concerned is embedded, which are the well-known anticyclonic Qinghai-Xizang PlateauHigh in the upper layers and the strong thermal forcing in the lower layers.

Chlorofluorocarbons and hydrochloroflorocarbons are oxidated in the stratosphere and troposphere respectively.

Results show that existence from strong convergence of water vapor and the conditional convective instability in the middle and low troposphere probably provided the suitable environment for heavy rainfall.

分析表明，对流层中低层水汽的大量集中以及对流不稳定条件的存在可能对此类系统发展提供了有利环境，对其启动的机制作了初步的讨论，认为地形的动力强迫和地面冷锋以及低空急流扰动可能对此类系统的发生发展起了触发作用。

In terms of the synoptic environment and precipitation characteristics, there were some common characteristics in these two cases. For instance, warm and moist air with the conditional instability atmosphere in the lower troposphere, it was associated with the highest equivalent potential temperature gradient and strong moisture contrast to below 700 hPa. The lower-level convergence was the major produced mechanism of MCS and the low-level southwesterly flow generated convective instability.

从综观环境条件与降水特徵显示，两个案共通特徵包括（1）低对流层属暖湿条件性不稳定大气，（2）最大相当位温梯度以及水气梯度分布於700 hPa以下，（3）低层辐合均为个案中MCS之重要激发机制，（4）有明显低层西南喷流，大气呈现对流性不稳定状态，（5）中层短波槽线的移入，以及（6）高层辐散分流场的存在，提供MCS发展的有利环境条件。

The results showed that extremely cold rain and snow weather of Sichuan Basin was related well to the variations of water vapor、 frontogenetic function of Yangtze River Basin. at the mid-lower level of the troposphere, especially at 700 hPa level, there was water vapor convergence exiting lastly in Sichuan Basin for long time. And the time of convergence of water vapor was congruous with of cold air in Sichuan basin, and provided the water vapor conditions for the occurrence of low-temperature disaster.

结果表明：四川盆地的低温雨雪天气与南来的水汽变化及长江流域的锋生作用有密切关系，在对流层中低层700hPa上，四川盆地长时间存在稳定的水汽辐合区，水汽辐合的时段基本与盆地冷空气活动时间段一致，这为低温降水的发生提供了水汽条件。
