目的 探讨放射对宫颈癌hela细胞系再增殖的影响，为宫颈癌是否有必要实行非常规分割放疗提供一定的理论基础。方法在不同剂量的放射作用下，以台盼蓝染色细胞计数法分析hela在照射后不同时间点的潜在倍增时间的变化；以克隆形成实验检测其同期克隆源性细胞存活比率，并将两者结合分析。
