156 cases of pediatric outpatients with ostium praeputiale stenostomia, smegma praeputii residual and acrobystia-balanus accretion collected from January of 2005 to October of 2007 were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. MEBO group and erythromyein ointment group. Both groups were treated with surgeries of ostium praeputiale distention, smegma praeputii clearance, and acrobystia-balanus syneehiolysis, and then post-surgery pain was compared by visual analongue cale in the three time periods after surgeries. The observation of recovery and aerobystia re-accretion was taken over the three months following visits post surgery.

2005年1月～2007年10月门诊156例包皮口狭窄、包皮垢残留及包皮龟头粘连症的儿童，随机分为湿润烧伤膏治疗组及红霉素软膏对照组，均采用包皮口扩张、包皮垢清除及包皮龟头粘连分离术治疗，术后疼痛采用视觉类比量表(Visual analongue cale， VAS)对两组术后3个时间段疼痛程度进行对比，对比痊愈情况，同时术后观察三个月，包皮是否再粘连。

Highprecision sequence stratigraphy was applied to divide and correlate the different sequence stratigraphical units from the Upper Cretaceous to plaeogene in the Biyang depression, and a sequence stratigraphic framework which can correlate the different sequence stratigraphical units was set up to point out that the ramp region of the northdepression is an oil and gas reservoir featured by altitude progradational delta and complex fault blocks, the inner belt of the north slope hinge zone is a low order faultlithologic oil and gas reservoir, the development stages and high order terms of the deep depressed area is a fluxoturbidite and sublacustrine fan lens trap, and the south actic region is a lithologic hydrocarbon reservoir development area.

运用高精度层序地层学的理论，系统地划分和对比泌阳凹陷上白垩统至古近系不同级别的层序地层单元，建立了凹陷内各级层序地层单元的对比框架，指出凹陷北部斜坡带为高位进积三角洲复杂断块群油气藏，北部斜坡枢纽带内带为低位扇断层-岩性油气藏、深凹区湖扩展期和高位期为滑塌浊积体及湖底扇透镜体圈闭，南部陡坡带为岩性油气藏发育区。

The results showed that,when environment-friendly oil KT20 was used in NR and NR/BR compound,the properties of mix,physical properties and wet skid resistance of vulcanizate were similar to those by using the comparison samples;by using environment-friendly oil KT20,the rolling resistance of vulcanizate changed slightly compared with using 3527MES and TADE.

According to the analysis of features of the key outcrop sequence stratigraphy, build the sequence frame, through the section comparison, and the study of feature of the 5 key outcrops, then it can be concluded that, conglomerate on the denudation plane or the other contrastive sediment are the main features surrounding the bottom border of the sequence. In the foreland basin sediment environment, the transilient group of mud rock and sandstone are the main sediment features of low-stand system tract. Thick mud rock and sandstone interbedded is the chief component of transgressive system tract, sometimes together with thick turbidity current sandstone; High-stand system tract is composed by the combination of mud rock and sandstone interbedded, with the progradation as its main style. Maximum flooding surface Sediment are usually mudstone, and the thickness is different from each other.

依据关键露头剖面高精度层序特征分析，通过剖面对比建立高精度等时层序地层格架，通过对5条关键露头剖面的详细高精度层序特征分析，认识到：剥蚀面上的粗碎屑岩或与之可区域对比的其它沉积是层序底部边界附近的主要沉积特征；在盆地沉积环境中，砂泥岩发育，厚层、块状砂岩与泥质岩类的突变组合是低位体系域的主要沉积特征；湖进体系域以厚层泥岩夹砂岩为主，有时夹厚度较大的重力流砂体；高位体系域为砂泥互层沉积组合，以进积式叠加样式为主；最大湖泛面多为泥岩，但其厚薄不一。

Log data of some wells with tuffaceous sandstones in the same block are processed and interpreted as well as compared with oil test data. The consistency between the calculated reservoir saturation and the oil test result is better.

Analyzing the model, especially the activity of Taihang Mountain piedmont fault, we got such main conclusion:1. Based on sequence stratigraphy, the strata is divided from the selected drills. And the Quaternary stratigraphic framework of Handan city is established, dividing the Quaternary strata into four parts- Qh, Qp3O , Qp2Y and Qp1G.2. With all the selected drill data of Handan city, a drill database is established. A quaternary strata 3D model of Handan city is imitated by GOCAD and ArcGIS, and so are the bottom structural map of each horizon.3. Analyzing the 3D model and the contradistinction section of drills, we got: the stratum of Qh and Qp3 is smooth and flat, with a feature of a higher west, little difference between south and north and undistinctness of faults; there are several depocenters along S-N and N-W in the stratum of Qp2, and the evolution of the stratum is controlled by a couple of ruptures, which means the tectonic movement is active in this period of time.4. Since quaternary, main tectonic movements happened in Qp2 and have been stable in Qp3 and Qh.

获得主要结论如下：1、利用层序地层学的方法将收集的邯郸市钻孔以及论文所依托项目野外施工的钻孔进行了具体的地层划分与对比，建立了邯郸市第四系等时地层格架，将邯郸市第四系划分为全新统、更新统上部欧庄组(Qp3O)、更新统中部杨柳青组(Qp2Y)和更新统下部固安组(Qp1G)。2、利用收集到的邯郸市水文、工勘钻孔以及所依托项目初勘和详勘两个阶段野外施工的钻孔数据，建立钻孔数据库，通过使用三维建模软件GOCAD和地理信息系统软件ArcGIS等进行模拟，得到邯郸市市区部分第四系地层三维可视化模型，并获得各个地层的底部构造图；3、通过对所天生模型和钻孔廊带对比剖面的分析，可以得到：全新世和更新世晚期(Qp3)时期地形整体较平缓，整体上显示西高东低、南北差异不大的格式，断裂显示不明显；更新世中期(Qp2)时期沿南北向和北西向存在几个沉积中心，地层发育受几条断裂的控制，反映了研究区的构造活动在更新世中期较为活跃；4、邯郸市自第四系以来，主要构造运动均发生于更新世中期，到更新世晚期及全新世时期逐渐趋于稳定，进而使更新统上部和全新统地层沉积均一且完好。
