Sixthly, research on seismic performance of repaired HSC column after hightemperatures The nonlinear whole process analysis method of reinforced concrete is used.Programs of moment-curvature and shear force-displacement of repaired HSCcolumn are developed after exposed to four sides and two symmetrical sides fire.Seismic performance of repaired reinforced HSC column after fire is studied. Byanalyzing the calculating results, the corresponding formulas of characteristicparameters of their skeleton curves of repaired HSC column after fire are proposed,and it is compared with corresponding curve of unfired columns.

火灾后已修复高强混凝土柱的抗震性能研究利用钢筋混凝土非线性全过程分析方法，编制了火灾后(包括四面受火和双面对称受火)已修复高强混凝土柱截面弯矩一曲率关系和剪力—位移关系的计算程序，对火灾后己修复高强混凝土柱的抗震性能进行了研究，通过对计算结果的分析和整理，给出了火灾后已修复高强混凝土柱M-φ及P-△骨架曲线特征参数的回归计算公式，并将上述曲线与未受火柱的相应曲线进行了比较。

Chemiluminescent immunoassay is one of the advanced immunoassay ofnon-radioisotopic immunoassay because of its high sensitivity, wide dynamic range,high accuracy, stable labeled protein, full automation and extensive application field.CLIA using acridinium ester derivatives as chemiluminescent label has advantages oflow background, high signal-to-noise ratio, no need of catalyst and simpleluminescence system. Different aspects associating the DMAE·NHS-based CLIA were studied in thisthesis, including synthesis of acridinium ester, chemiluminescentcharacteristics of DMAE·NHS, labelling antibody or streptavidin with DMAE·NHS,two-site sandwich chemiluminescent immunoassay for TSH, two-sitesandwich chemiluminescent immunoassay involved biotin-streptavidinsystem for TSH, and competitive chemiluminescent immunoassay usingbiotin-streptavidin system for TT〓. The desired acridinium ester, DMAE·NHS, was synthesized according to thereference method with some modifications. The products were identified by IR, NMR,MS and elemental analysis. In our method, KOH was used in place of NaOH tosynthesize benzyl ester of 3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid,2',6'-dimethyl-4'-(n-succinimidyloxycarbonyl) phenyl-acridinium-9-carboxylate waspurified on a silica gel column with chloroform/ethylacetate(4:1, v/v) as eluent andfurther purified by triturating with hexane/acetone(2:1, v/v).

DMAE·NHS的合成是本论文的关键和难点，我们对文献方法进行改进：文献方法用氢氧化钠与3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸反应制得3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸钠，再用3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸钠与苄氯作用制备3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸苄酯，我们用氢氧化钾代替氢氧化钠，使合成取得成功；在合成2'，6'-二甲基-4'-苯基-吖啶-9-甲酸酯时，文献方法对粗产品进行两次硅胶柱层析纯化，第一次柱层析用氯仿／乙酸乙酯(4∶1，V∶V)作溶剂和淋洗剂，第二次柱层析用己烷／丙酮(2∶1，V∶V)作溶剂和淋洗剂，按照文献方法得到的不是所需要的化合物，我们只进行第一次柱层析纯化，然后用己烷／丙酮(2∶1，V∶V)进行研磨，过滤，洗涤，除去溶于己烷／丙酮(2∶1，V∶V)的部分，得到所需要的产品。

The fluid flows and heat coupled calculation method is used. The standards two equations turbulence models, velocity and pressure coupled arithmetic are used.According to the results of numerical simulation analysis the local coefficient distribution changes along the pin fins.Study the effection that its height and shape of the pin fins have on the average Nu and the average number of pressure loss coefficient Eu.The circle-shaped and elliptic-shaped pin fins have different circumcolumnar regional,therefore the mixed conditions are effected.

数值计算中采用标准双方程湍流模型，速度压力耦合算法；根据数值模拟的结果分析沿扰流元的局部换热系数分布变化，研究其扰流柱高度及形状对扰流柱通道平均努赛尔特数Nu和平均压力损失系数Eu的影响，圆形和椭圆形扰流柱的绕流尾涡影响的区域的不同对扰流柱群内流体混合状况的影响。

With cross-shaped column as the representative of nonrectangnlar columns, one experimental program is conducted to study behavior of slab-column connection with nonrectangular column provided with shear reinforcement, the shear reinforcement include traditional stirrup and stud shear reinforcement .

This is the first report of pectenolone and pectenoxanthin, two types of carotenoid, in the muscle of the Yesso scallop.3 Roles of the carotenoids composition and accumulation in Yesso scallopThe method for detecting carotenoids using reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The conditions of RP-HPLC analysis were an analytical scale (200×4.6 mm, inner diameter 5μm) Eclipse XDB-C18 column of Agilent corporation; 10μl injection volume; 25°C column temperature; acetonitrile, methanol and methylene dichloride mobile phase (40:56:4, V/VV) with 0.1% BHT; 1.0 ml per minute flow rate; 450 nm UV-VIS detector; 8 minutes elution.The carotenoids from orange muscle of Yesso scallop of 7, 10, 12, 15, 18, 22 months old was detected using the method refered above.

通过柱层析、高效液相等手段对橘红色闭壳肌中的主要类胡萝卜素进行了提取分离，分离提纯得到两种类胡萝卜素，并通过MS、~1H-NMR和~(13)C-NMR对其进行结构鉴定，结果表明(3S，3\'R)-3，3\'-dihydroxy-7\'，8\'-didehydro-β，β-Caroten-4-one和(3S，3\'S)-7，7\'，8，8\'-tetradehydro-β，β-Carotene-3，3\'-diol，俗称pectenolone和pectenoxanthin是橘红色闭壳肌中的主要类胡萝卜素，这是国内外首次对虾夷扇贝闭壳肌中的类胡萝卜素进行提纯及结构鉴定。3虾夷扇贝类胡萝卜素的种类组成和累积变化规律建立了橘红色闭壳肌中类胡萝卜素的HPLC分析定量检测技术：色普柱为Agilent公司的Eclipse XDB-C18柱200mm×4.6mm，i.d.5μm进样体积，5μl ；流速1ml/min；检测波长450nm；柱温25℃；流动相为乙腈：甲醇：二氯甲烷(V/V/V=40：56：4并加入0.1%的BHT；分离时间为8min。

The products were identified by IR,NMR,MS and elemental analysis. In our method,K.OH was used in place of NaOH to synthesize benzyl ester of 3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid,2',6'-dimethyl-4'-(n-succinimidyloxycarbonyl) phenyl-acridinium-9-carboxylate was purified on a silica gel column with chloroform/ethylacetate(4:l,v/v) as eluent and further purified by triturating with hexane/acetone(2:l,v/v).The luminescence produced by DMAE-NHS is a flash light with maximumemission at 0.4s and decay half-time of 0.9s. The luminescence intensity is 6.11x10 cps/mol,which is affected by the composition of trigger and surfactant.

In this thesis, the influence of column force, joint hoop reinforcement, and repeat load on the stress and sheer bearing capability of inclined pressure bar is analyzed utilizing finite element software. In the case study, the column axial force's influence on the inclined pressure bar's equivalent width, stress and sheer bearing capability of RCFEN is obtained by changing the column force when modeling the RCFEN with ANSYS. In the former model, the joint hoop reinforcement influence on the equivalent width inclined pressure bar and the strength of RCFEN is achieved by changing the quantity of joint hoop reinforcement; the inclined pressure bar's equivalent width and the strength variation of RCFEN under cyclic load are gained by applying low frequency cyclic load on the inflection point of column and the middle of beam.

针对上述算例中的框架外节点采用ANSYS进行建模，运用有限元软件分析了柱轴力、节点箍筋、反复荷载对外节点斜压杆承载力、抗剪承载力的影响：改变柱轴力，研究了柱轴力对斜压杆的等效宽度、框架外节点斜压杆承载力、框架外节点斜压杆抗剪承载力的影响；在上述模型中，改变节点箍筋的数量，分析了节点箍筋对斜压杆的等效宽度、框架外节点强度的影响；在上述模型中，在柱反弯点和梁中点均进行低周反复加载，讨论了在反复荷载作用下，框架外节点的斜压杆的等效宽度、框架外节点强度的变化情况。

After verification of FEM, 45 species of 15 series are computed. The major parameters including slippage coefficients, pretensions forces, dimensions of angles, arrangement of bolts, connection method among angle, beam web, column flange, and so on are studied. Some important conclusions are drawn.

The major parameters including slippage coefficients, pretensions forces, dimensions of angles, arrangement of bolts, connection method among angle, beam web, column flange, and so on are studied. Some important conclusions are drawn.At last, Advices for seismic design based on tests and FEM analysis are presented at last. The study is rather comprehensive and systematic, and the conclusions. can be useful for revising design code, guiding design of engineering, and provide good basis for further to study behavior of shear beam-to-column connections.
