ECC system makes use of the finite group of elliptic curve on the finite field instead of finite cyclic group used in the discrete logarithm problem. The theory of ECC is being studied a lot and it is the focus of the cryptography and the industrial estate, especially the technique of the implementation of ECC.In this thesis, the meaning of the information technology is discussed firstly, then we analyze the classical cryptography algoritham. After that, the mathematics base of elliptic curve cryptosytems are introduced, especially the theory of the finite field. As for some algorithms, we also give out the program of reliazation.

随后，介绍了研究椭圆曲线密码系统所需要的数学理论基础，特别是有限域中的椭圆曲线理论，并对相关的方法给出相应的实例及其程序实现；论文第三章讨论给出了椭圆曲线密码体制的研究现状，综述了椭圆曲线与现有一些密码算法的结合，介绍了椭圆曲线的离散对数问题以及椭圆曲线面临的攻击，详细描述了椭圆曲线密码系统的实现细节及各个部分的实验数据。

Two kinds of models by estimating pool equations and panel estimation have been constructed. Based on the idea of Reduced Form Model, by adopting lags-adjustment or not, time-series dynamics models of the fluctuation of urban residential real estate market, in which the endogenetic and the exogenous sensitive variable include, have been estimated. In logarithmic form the models are applied in a case.

Today, all the known proxy digital signature schemes has the same problem that can't provide the overall, complete, reliable control ability on the stretch of proxy digital signature power. In this paper, we advances a new proxy digital signature scheme based on hyperelliptic curve discrete algorithmic problems which is called as Xiao's Hyperelliptic Curve Limited Proxy Signature.

本文针对目前的各种代理签名方案所存在的无法实现对代理签名者的代理签名权力进行全面、完整、可靠地控制的问题，提出了一种具有限制代理签名者行使代理签名权力的基于超椭圆曲线离散对数问题的新型可控代理签名方案XHCLPS，同时对这一方案的复杂性和安全性进行了分析。

Based on discussion of essentiality and some determinations of weights, we propose an ordered ratio method. Furthermore, using logarithm least square principle and group Analytic Hierarchy Process, we determine weights of imperil factors for radiant, and give a new judgment model and method of radiant imperilment grade evaluations.

文章利用拉格朗日插值的思想，提出了一种基于椭圆曲线的可防欺诈的动态多密钥共享方案；方案中每个参与者的子密钥可以不受限制的重复使用，因此在更新主密钥的时候，无需更改参与者的子密钥，从而减少了可信中心与参与者之间的通信量；方案可灵活地增删参与者，且安全性是基于椭圆曲线离散对数问题的难解性，因而其安全性比在有限域上更高；方案实现过程中解决了检验子密钥真伪的问题。

At the beginning, an engineering method called semi-empirical reliability estimation method is introduced. Then, a detailed introduction of the bootstrap method, which has been widely applied to small sample reliability assessing since it was proposed in 1979, is made immediately. At last, a promoted virtual sample expanding method, that the reliability test sample size is expanded from 2-3 to 10, is proposed on the basis of predecessors research results. And the new method associated with bootstrap method is used to assess the test life lower limit in the case of logarithmic normal distribution.

首先阐述了处理极小子样可靠性评估问题较合理的一种工程处理方法—半经验可靠性评估方法，随后详细介绍了近年来在小子样可靠性评估领域发展迅速的Bootstrap方法，最后在前人研究成果的基础上提出了将样本数从n=2～3虚拟增广至n=10的虚拟增广样本推广方法，将该方法应用于服从对数正态分布的寿命总体，利用Bootstrap方法得到了试验寿命下限的估计，并与已有的半经验可靠性评估方法的结果作了比较分析。

The paper provides a new dimension-reduced method of sensitivity analysis for stochastic user equilibrium assignment model based on the relation between its Lagrange function and logarithmic barrier function combined with a Courant quadratic penalty term. The advantage of this method is of smaller dimension than general sensitivity analysis and reducing the complexity.
