China is a developing country and often encountered by the Green Barriers due to the low economic level. This has severely cumbered the development of our countrys foreign trade.The thesis is aimed at suggesting the measures to counter the Green Barriers.

本文作者希望通过对当今国际贸易中绿色壁垒的发展现状研究，并基于微观经济学的理论基础，分析探讨我国突破绿色贸易壁垒的对策，以促进我国的对外贸易发展。

The resource allocation of national insurance industry nowadays mainly has twoproblems: first, the progress of policy insurance and commercial insurance isunbalanced, which cumbers the development of agriculture, foreign trade and realestate industry to some extent;second, the resource inside the commercial insuranceis not allocated with reason, and some is wasted, which is embodied in the aspects ofinsurance supply, insurance agency, insurance demand and insurance product.
