The patient showed atrophy in frontal and temporal lobe on regular MRI, significantly reduced amount of Nacetyl aspartic acid、cholineand creatinecompared with contralateral on MRS , remarkably decreased blood flow in the left temporal polar and front part of fontal lobe compared with contralateral on PWI. There were decreased association fibers between Broca and other regions meanwhile no association fibers were found between triangular area and wernicke region on DTI. The fibers projecting to opercular part of frontal lobe via archiform fibers were lessened. The mean FA and fibers of Broca and Wernick regions were less than that of the healthy subjects.

常规MRI显示左侧额叶及颞叶萎缩；磁共振波谱分析显示左侧颞叶和额叶N乙酰天门冬氨酸、胆碱、肌酸含量较对侧明显减低；磁共振灌注成像显示左侧颞极及额前部的血流量较对侧减低；弥散张量成像显示左Broca区与其他脑区间纤维联系减少，三角区与Wernicke区无纤维联络，左侧Wernicke区通过弓状纤维到达额叶岛盖部的纤维减少，Broca及Wernicke区平均FA及纤维束较正常人减少。

Results Critical stenosis or occlusion of contralateral arteries were found in the siphonic part of internal carotid artery in 6 patients, terminal ICA or proximal middle cerebral artery in 6 patients, and distal MCA in 1 patient. Seven patients had proximal ICA occlusion. The brain MRI showed typical watershed cerebral infarctions in 8 patients.

结果 所有患者均存在对侧颅内外血管严重狭窄或闭塞，其责任血管分布：颈内动脉虹吸段6例；颈内动脉末端或大脑中动脉起始部6例；大脑中动脉的M2段1例；颈内动脉起始部7例。8例头颅磁共振显示典型的分水岭脑梗死。6例行血管重建治疗，临床未再发作。

Additionally, projecting fibers that originated from the inner and outer part of DH were also observed at E16 and E17, they elongated ventrally and terminated in the contralateral spinal cord by crossing the posterior commissure. The number of fibers gradually increased with time till birth.

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of repairing soft tissue defects in cnemis,ankle and foot with reversed sural posterior fasciocutaneous island flaps. Methods 14 cases of soft tissue defects in cnemis,ankles and feet were repaired with reversed sural posterior fasciocutaneous island flaps. The sizes of the flap ranged from 7cm×5cm to 15cm×10cm.

目的 小腿后侧逆行筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣移植修复小腿和足踝部软组织缺损的临床效果方法对14例小腿和足踝部骨关节、肌腱及内固定物外露的患者行小腿后侧逆行筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣局部转移修复术，皮瓣面积最 15cm×10cm，最小7cm×5cm。

Different operation were selected in 40 patients according the type of concealed penis. Simple concealed penis: weight reduction and observation or Y-V plasty of acrobystia. Phimosis type: slitting the outer plate of prepuce at 2, 6 and 10 clock point and at 4, 8 and 12 clock point on the inner plate then making a tongue-groove suture. Fascia bands type: removing the dysgenic dartos fascia band and moving up the penoscrotal spot and make a Y-V plasty. Webbing penis: taking a transsection and longitudinal suture at the penoscrotal spot.

对40例不同类型肥胖者伴发隐匿阴茎病人采用不同的处理方法，单纯型：减肥观察或包皮&Y-V&成型；包茎型：切开包皮外板2、6和10点，内板4、8和12点，嵌插缝合；纤维索带型：切除松解阴茎背侧挛缩的筋膜，上移阴茎阴囊交界部行&Y-V&成型术；蹼状阴茎：作阴茎阴囊交界部腹侧横切纵缝。

Despite the treatments of systemic and focal amphotericin-B, periorbital erythematous swelling and decreased vision of the fellow eye developed. Nine days after admission the patient expired due to septic shock and respiratory failure.

The accuracy aspect in three-dimensional measuring procedure, westudy the length of Cun, Guan and Chi on TCM pulse diagnosis firstly. The result showed that the the mean value of relative bias of DWP compared with EL×6% was close to 0%.(males = 2.1%±12.2%, females=0.2%±12.6%). Therefore, by using "the highest point of PB" as the lower limit of Cun and palpating down proximally, the position of Guan and Chi can be found.

Objective: To provide anatomic basis for pectoranis minor muscle transplantation by vessels and nerves anastomosis to reconstruct thumb opposition function. Methods: The blood supply and nerve innervation of pectoralis minor muscle, the comparison of the morphology and dimension of both pectoralis minor muscle and thenar muscle were investigated on 20 sides of adult cadaveric thoraxes and hands. According to the locations of the vessels and nerves of the pectoralis minor, the clipped pectoralis minor muscle at the same side were transplanted and fixed to thenar muscles with the same direction of thenar muscle fiber. After that, the process of dragging simulating opposition movement of hand were performed and observed.

目的：为吻合血管神经的选择性胸小肌移植重建拇对掌功能术式提供解剖学依据方法：在20侧成人胸部及手部标本中，解剖观察胸小肌的血管神经分布及胸小肌和大鱼际肌的形态、大小并将一者进行比较；然后按照大鱼际肌纤维走行方向，参考血管神经位置，将胸小肌修剪合适后移植固定于同侧手部大鱼际，模拟正常手部拇对掌功能予以牵拉，观察标本手部拇对掌过程。
