Based on consider hereinbefore, this dissertation discusses several aspects on the problem of the sustainable and optimum exploitation of groundwater resources as follows:①reviewed entirely the origin and evolvement of the concept "sustainable development", stated and commented the study status in queue on"sustainable development"around national and international range, thorough discussed the science connotation about the concept "sustainable development";②looked back and commented across-the aboard some furthest basic concept and proposition related to groundwater resources, put forward self opinions on a few existent mistake points of view and chaos understandings;③expatiated entirely on the content and meaning of the theory of changeable groundwater resources system, contrast with the traditional methods of groundwater resources calculation and evaluation, combined example to show the application of this theory;④thorough analyzed the difficult and complexity to forecast the groundwater resources, fully stated the traditional methods of groundwater resources forecasting, pointed out the characteristic and applying condition of these forecasting method, introduced the main ideas and methods of wavelet analysis developed recently, and the MATLAB software be known as the fifths era computer language, and its accessory wavelet analysis toolbox, applied these methods and tools to analyze the groundwater dynamic curve, adopted the B-J method and Morte-Carlo method, combined with the theory of changeable groundwater resources system, discussed the new view on the forecast of groundwater resources;⑤synthetically analyzed the characteristics and limitations of the present all kind of groundwater manage model, combined mathematical programming, mathematical statistics, random process and the theory of variation system of groundwater resources on the unite optimum attempter of surface water and groundwater, emphasized how to make the model more nicety, more simple, more practicality;⑥analyzed the inside condition and outside condition to assure the sustainable and optimum exploitation of groundwater resources, the inside conditions are the follows: correct resources idea, scientific methods of resources calculation and evaluation, credible forecast methods of resources, exercisable measures of resources management, the outside conditions are the follows: the development idea of high layer, the transform of manage system, the matched policy and rule of law, the adjusted of economy lever, the improve of cultural diathesis, the boosting up of water-saving consciousness and detail measures, the control of population rising, the prevention and cure of water pollute, the renew and rebuild of ecology;⑦scan the sustainable and optimum exploitation of groundwater resources from the high level of metagalaxy, earth system science, and philosophy;⑧point out the more directions on groundwater resources.

Chapter 9 is conclusion and future prospect. There are five innovative findings in the paper. Firstly, the evolvement of extensions and connotations of two reengineering styles is analyzed based on their high risk, and finding their trends of amalgamation. With this, the concept of corporation reengineering is then redefined combining core competence theory and ideas of process change management, and decompounding it into two parts: pre-reengineering and post-reengineering. Its inner relationships are analyzed and explained by economics theory. Secondly, establishing a analysis framework of reengineering risks, risk factors of foreign BPR are analyzed and concluded systematically for the first time. Reengineering risks are divided into three parts: plan, design and executive based on process and project management, then risk factors system is abstracted. Thirdly, 72 reengineering corporations in Jiangsu province are investigated on risk condition. Furthermore, risk factors in every part are analyzed and reduced experimentally by factor analysis method, and a risk factors system to suit Chinese corporation's reengineering is established. Fourthly, setting up a choice model of reengineering projects, the objective optimization model is presented to ascertain the weigh of each factor, a method of sequencing reengineering projects is presented so that risk of each reengineering project can be evaluated and compared effectively. Fifthly, an integration relationship model among IT, BPR and strategy is established aiming at productivity paradox derivative from IT and its dual effects on BPR, IT investment priorities in BPR is narrated deeply.

This paper reviewed the developments in 2-D numerical model of the water flow. By means of the latest observation data of the prototype, the detailed analysis was made on the major thalweg, section, island and bottomland, the erosion and deposition of the river bed and the scour hole near the dock and the law of the fluvial process was obtained. Based on the related references, the evolution trend of the channel after the Three Gorges was finished was predicted. The 2-D mathematical model of the water flow was set up and validated using the latest data. With the model, the flow and velocity of several cases were calculated. The stability computation of the bank at the typical section under difference conditions was carried out by adopting the world widely used Geo-Slope slope stability analysis program. Finally, the synthetical evaluation on the influence of the project on the flood level, velocity, river circumstances, bank protection and flood prevention was made and the conclusion that the construction of the dock had little effect on the flood discharge was obtained.

本文介绍了平面二维水流二维模型研究进展，对河道历史演变概述，通过最新原型观测资料对河道近期主泓线、断面、洲滩、河床冲淤、码头附近冲刷坑等进行详细分析，总结近期河道演变规律，并参考有关文献，对三峡建成后河道演变趋势进行预测；建立了平面二维水流模型，并根据最新资料对模型进行率定和验证，采用模型对几种工况组合进行壅水和流速计算；采用国际上广泛应用的Geo-Slope滑坡稳定分析程序对几种工况条件下工程断典型断面岸坡进行稳定性计算；最后总结工程建设对洪水位、流速、河势、堤防及防洪抢险等方面进行综合评价，得出码头建设对行洪影响较小的结论。

The second, it according to the statistical figures about the cargo transport in recent years, it analyzes cargo transport structure and the changing law and the internal reason of cargo transport. The third, it make a scientific forecast of the port" s future cargo capacity making use of the grey forecast system, which provides scientific basis for medium-long term development plan of the port"s cargo handling capacity. It also makes some analysis and research for medium-long term development future of Zhangjiagang port in use of physical unit analising technique, looks for the scaltered no-order and no-system reason of medium-long term development.
