Objective: To study three-dimensional movement of four type of posterior atlantoaxial fixation techniques of type Ⅱ odontoid process fracture.

目的：对寰枢椎齿状突Ⅱ型骨折实验模型的4种后路内固定方式下的三维运动范围进行实验研究，为临床选择内固定方法提供生物力学依据。

Apofix technigue was used to treat 17 cases of fresh odontoid fracture and 1 case of old odontoid fracutre.

采用Apofix椎板钩治疗新鲜齿状突骨折17例，陈旧性骨折1例，均伴有寰枢椎不稳，并有不同程度的枕颈部疼痛，活动受限。

Method］Eighteen cases performed Vertex technique were included in this study. The early complications included vertebral artery injury (2 cases), logagnosia (1 case), anopsia(1 case), hematorrhea (1 case) and wrong instrumentation (1 case).

方法］对18例齿状突骨折伴寰枢椎脱位中的5例6项术中和术后早期发生的椎动脉损伤、失语、失明、大出血、置钉错误等并发症的原因进行分析，避免并发症的发生。

Results: Most of ligaments of the occipito-atlanto-axial joints can be identified on sagittal planes, however, the transverse atlantal ligament on axial plane, the alar ligament on oblique coronal and axial plane, can be clearly demonstrated.

结果：寰椎横韧带在横断位和矢状位，翼状韧带在斜冠状位和矢状位，齿突尖韧带在矢状位和斜冠状位能清楚观察各韧带的形态和毗邻关系。

提出了用测地线方程、曲面上两点间短程线来计算膜结构曲面测地线的方法，同时，采用测地线间垂线的中点连线和用无约束极值法进行空间条状曲面近似展开的分析。
