RESULTS: These familial keloids mainly occurred during adolescence, showing the equal chance of being affected between male and female subjects. The affected person could be heterozygous, and a child of an affected parent had a 50% chance of being affected. Thirteen subjects displayed familiar keloid, 1 suspected keloid, 2 did not present keloid as obligate carriers, and 1 did not present keloid as doubtful carrier. One pedigree displayed keloid in 3 generations, two displayed in 2 generations. The traits of familial keloids were transmitted interruptedly, revealing incomplete penetrance. The clinical phenotypes of familial keloids presented variable expression among the different affected.

结果：这些瘢痕疙瘩家系以青春期发病为主，男女患病的机会均等；杂合体即可发病，双亲之一发病其半数子女可能发病；3个瘢痕疙瘩家系发病13人，可疑发病1人，2个未发病肯定携带者，1个未发病可疑携带者；3代发病家系1个，2代发病家系2个；瘢痕疙瘩性状存在间断传递、外显不完全现象；临床表型存在个体差异。

In order to enhance its resistance to bacterial blightand lepidopteran such as leaffolder, striped stem borer and yellow stem borer etc, we intergessed Xa21 and Bt genes into the genetic background of 93-11 by backcross scheme, combining with molecular marker-assisted selection and phenotypic selection. Through three backcross and two self generations, eight families that have homozygous Xa21 and Bt genes were obtained in the BC3F3 families. Two families show higher recovery percentage of 93-11 even up to 90.59%.

为了进一步提高其对白叶枯病的抗性、同时增加其对水稻鳞翅目害虫（如稻纵卷叶螟、二化螟和三化螟等）抗性，利用常规回交育种方法和结合分子标记辅助选择将Xa21基因和Bt基因同时导入93-11中，在BC3F3家系中筛选到8个家系含纯合的Xa21基因和Bt基因，其中有两个家系与93-11比较其遗传背景的回复率很高，达到90.59%。

The amount of female and male flowers strobilus from 12 families was investigated in Baisha seedling seed orchard of masson's pine from Shanghang County, Fujian Province.

观测了福建省上杭县白沙林场马尾松实生种子园的21个家系花量，分析了家系内与家系间雌雄球花量、各家系雌雄球花量在不同冠层和方位的分布。

The results showed that there existed variation among eucalypt families in wood physical-mechanical properties and wood chemistry. There were significant differences among E.pellita families、E.grandis families and E.urophylla譋.grandis clones in wood colors as well as between Strains and within trees.The variation of the surface wetability of wood between E.grandis families and E.urophylla譋.grandis clones were significant.Even in the same families level or clones level,there still existed the same regulation. The degree of collapse of eucalypt had a large relation in the amount of tylosis in vessel and vestured pits on the cell wall of vessel. The more rich tylosis and vestured pits in vessels,the more probability to occur collapse for eucalypt.The biggest moment collapse was probably the critical point of the drying degrade.During the fomulation of drying technology,it is necessary to adopt moderate condition to make the vessels which had formed the biggest moment collapse at the biggest moment collapse resume,especially to prevent the permanent set.At the normal temperature level,the main factors which influenced residual collapse were the contents of ray parenchyma and axial parenchyma .Nearly all the cells joined the course of forming the moment collapse and biggest moment collapse.Interval drying was fit for eucalypt plantation which was easier to make collapse.

研究表明：桉树不同家系间木材物理力学性质和化学组成存在差异；粗皮桉家系间、巨桉家系间、尾巨桉无性系间材色存在显著差异，株间、株内木材材色存在变异；桉树木材表面润湿性在巨桉家系间、尾巨桉无性系间存在着显著差异，在同一家系或同一无性系中，株间和株内也存在着相同的变化规律；桉材皱缩程度与其导管中侵填体的多少和导管壁上纹孔具有的附物多少密切相关，侵填体含物越丰富，纹孔附物越多，桉材越容易皱缩；最大瞬间皱缩是能产生更大干燥降等的临界点，在制定干燥工艺时，必须在最大瞬间皱缩发生时，采用温和条件，使已产生最大瞬间皱缩的细胞尽可能多的恢复，尤其不能使其产生永久变定；在常温条件下，影响残余皱缩的主要因子是射线薄壁细胞和轴向薄壁细胞含量；而对于瞬间皱缩和最大瞬间皱缩，几乎所有细胞都参与它们的形成过程；对于易皱缩的桉树木材，间歇干燥是最有前途的干燥方法。

A genetic epidemiologic case-control study with 297 pedigrees (79 genealogies and 198 controls) was carried out to estimate the segregation ratio and hereditability (h2 ) of gastric cancer by the methods of Li-Mantel-Gart and Falconer.

This study recruited 8 OI I pedigrees (including a very large OI I kindred comprising 132 members, in which 43 are patients) and 402 nuclear families of health subjects (consisting of 1,263 subjects, and each familycontains at least one female offspring aged 20-45) in Chinese Han population. 1 By performing linkage analysis in the large OII kindred to the COLlAl and COL1A2 genes. Negative LOD score of-8.50 at 9 = 0.001 was observed for the COL1A2 gene, while positive LOD score of 2.31 at 0 = 0.001 was found for the COLlAl gene.

本研究在中国汉族人群中征集了8个Ⅰ型成骨不全家系(其中包括一个拥有132个成员、43个患者的大家系)和402个正常人群的核心家系(共1，263个个体，每一个家系至少含有一个20～45岁的女性子代)。1通过在大的Ⅰ型成骨不全家系中对COL1A1基因和COL1A2基因进行连锁分析，当θ=0.001时，在COL1A1基因处检测到的LOD值为2.31，而在COL1A2基因处检测到的LOD值为-8.50。

Brooders and filial generation forepart larvaeof penaeid shrimp were detected using nested-PCR for the presence of WSSV. The results showed that 4 hi 7 genealogies showed WSSV positive at 2,2 period and theres one genealogy that brooder and larvae are all showing positive.

通过建立中国对虾家系，利用巢式PCR法跟踪检测中国对虾亲体及后代早期幼体阶段携带白斑综合症病毒(white spot syndrom virus，WSSV)状况，发现7个家系中的4个家系Z_2期即可检测阳性；其中一组亲虾、产出的卵子及各期幼体均检测阳性。

The net photosynthetic rate and maximum net photosynthetic rate of slash pine's half-sib around 1 year is studied utilities of LI-6400 portable photosynthetic system so as to study on the seasonal variation and difference on net photosynthetic rate. The result showed that the seasonal variation of net photosynthetic rate and maximum net photosynthetic rate of slash pine's half-sib is double range curve. There is no notable difference on net photosynthetic rate among needles with same half-sib. There is notable difference on net photosynthetic rate with same needles among half-sib. The net photosynthetic rate of 1 year needle of half-sib 464 and 609 and 1077 is over than others.

为研究湿地松半同胞家系间净光合速率的差异及其季节变异规律，应用LI－6400便携式光合测定系统，对湿地松优良半同胞家系一年中各月净光合速率、最大净光合速率进行了研究，结果表明一年中湿地松各半同胞家系1龄针叶、2龄针叶净光合速率、最大净光合速率的季节变异规律呈'双峰'型，家系内不同单株同龄针叶的净光合速率值没有显著差异，而家系间相同年龄针叶的净光合速率值则存在着显著差异。

Applied with test of potted plant and measurement absorbency for study physiological response of activity of cell defense enzymes and lipid peroxidation of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. There are 7 families comparison with general slash pine. The contents of superoxide dismutase, catalase, antioxidant, malondialdehyde and the rate of superoxide anion(-O2) generating are mensurated under normal water condition while soil water content is 70% and light water stress while soil water content is 55% to 60% and medium water stress while soil water content is 35% to 40% and heavy water stress while soil water content is 20% to 25%. The test result indicate that either water grads or families of contents of SOD,CAT,AsA,MDA are mighty notable difference. The rate of -O2 generating is notable difference within families. The rate of -O2 generating is mighty notable difference within water grades.

为研究湿地松优良半同胞家系保护酶及脂质过氧化作用对水分逆境的生理响应，采用盆栽试验和吸光度测定结合的方法，以普通湿地松种子为对照，测定了七个湿地松半同胞家系在正常水分状态（土壤相对含水量为70%）、弱度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为55%~60%）、中度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为35%~40%）和强度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为20%~25%）条件下的SOD、CAT、AsA、MDA的含量和-O2产生速率，研究结果表明：无论是不同水分梯度还是不同家系水平，SOD、CAT、AsA活性和MDA含量的差异均达极显著水平，不同家系水平间-O2产生速率有显著差异，不同水分梯度间-O2产生速率差异达极显著水平。

We made all-round serological tests to the two RhD-- individuals,including identification of blood group、Coombs test、antibody screening and identification、antibody titer and HDN test,together with investigation of genealogical blood group to all family members by classic hemagglutination methods.
