家族史

PCOS seemed to display a familial clustering phenomenon, 40.0% patients having family history. The research showed that the degree of oligomenorrhoea was more serious in the patients who had a family history and the rate of amenorrhoea was high (18.9%).

PCOS具有家族聚集性，有家族史的患者月经稀发程度较无家族史者严重，闭经发生率更高(18.9％)；激素水平上，T、黄体生成素值较无家族史者增高，差异有统计学意义，而月经初潮年龄、体重指数、E2和LH/FSH比值的增高无差别。

Methods:Giving the research to the samples which were divided into CVA group and comparison group,including the items of age, stature,weight ,history of hypersusceptibility ,history of familys disease,and individual history.Dividing the children into different constitution types according to the established criterion.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS/PC 10.05 system software.

通过对纳入研究的样本分为CVA组和对照组分别进行调查，对他们的年龄、出生时体重、现时体重、身高、过敏史和家族史、个人史等项目进行调查和检测，并按制定的标准对他们的体质进行分型，结果运用SPSS／PC10.05统计软件包进行分析处理。

Result Such factors have notable dfference as positive family history, poor adaption and introverted personality, poor relation among family members, diagnostic type, incorporative psychiatric symptoms, age of onset and scores of facter Ⅰand Ⅲin HAMD ;meanwhile by logistic regression analysis the main factors by turns are as below: younger age of onset, positive family history, incorporative psychiatric symptoms, introverted personality, poor relations among workmates and higher score of factor I in HAMD.

结果 经χ2检验有显著差异的因素为：阳性家族史、病前适应状况和性格内向、家庭成员关系、抑郁类型、合并精神病性症状、发作次数发病年龄、HAMD因子Ⅰ和Ⅲ分；经Logistic 回归分析筛出的主要因素依次为：发病年龄小、家族史阳性、合并精神病性症状、病前性格内向、成员关系差和HAMD因子Ⅰ分值高。

Results Results from binominal distribution analysis showed that the number of cases in the families of NIDDM was significantly bigger than the theoretical range, indicating that there was significant familial aggregationin in the occurance of NIDDM. 结果 病例组一级亲属总的患病率为3.47％，与对照组的1.03％相比，差异有非常显著性（χ2 =17.66，P＜0.01；无论其父母、同胞或子女，均以病例亲属的患病率显著高于对照；Ⅱ型糖尿病家族中实际发病数超过其二项分布的理论概率范围，即Ⅱ型糖尿病的分布呈明显的家族聚集性；单因素和多因素logistic回归模型拟合也提示，家族史仍是Ⅱ型糖尿病的最主要危险因素。
