Objective To investigate the efficacy of methotrexate in the treatment of nonrupture ectopic pregnancy.

130 patients of nonrupture ectopic pregnancy were treated with methotrexate、methotrexate combining Mifepristone(RU 486),methotrexate was given systemically(5×0.4mg/kg i.v.).

Results:60 cases of female pelvic masses, among them, 4 cases ectopic pregnancy,8 cases ovarian cyst,12 cases oophoroma,8 cases teratoma of ovary,6 cases endometrial carcinoma,10 cases cervical carcinoma and 12 cases leiomyoma of uterus.The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis was 90.00% and ultrasound diagnosis was 86.67%.
