FMD of the brachial artery was examined by high-resolution ultrasonography technique and the inter-ventricular septum thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thicknessand left ventricular diastolic diameter were measured by echo-cardiography technique. The left ventricular mass and LVMI were calculated according to Devereux formulary. According to Framingham heart study, The hypertensive individuals were separated into two groups, left ventricular hypertrophy group and without left ventricular hypertrophy group.

利用高分辨超声技术测定肱动脉血流介导的舒张功能；超声心动图评价受试者的心脏结构功能，测量室间隔厚度(inter-ventricular septum thickness， IVST)、左室后壁厚度(left ventricular posterior wall thickness， LVPWT)及左室舒张末内径(left ventricular diastolic diameter， LVDD)，根据Devereux公式计算(left ventricular mass， LVM)按体表面积得出LVMI，并据Framingham心脏研究的标准将高血压组分为左室肥厚组(24例)与无左室肥厚组(31例)。

Methods:Paticipants consisted of 32 simple VSD patients and 27 simple PDA patients excluded of any other diseases by physical examintation and electrocardiogram and x-ray. 研究对象与方法：研究对象分别为排除其它心脏疾患的单纯动脉导管未闭患儿及单纯室间隔缺损患儿，手术治疗前后于心电监护下先行常规超声检查，获取心率、R-R间期、左室射血分数、主动脉峰值流速、左室收缩末期内径及左室舒张末期内径等值，并分别利用频谱多谱勒及组织多谱勒法测取患儿左室Tei指数(即PW-Tei及TDI-Tei)，多次测量并取其均值。

So far, the research about the effect of blasting excavation to overbreak as well as underbreak is not be reported in the domestic. 论文旨在从岩体的破坏机理出发，对裂隙岩体开挖后的洞室周边分数维进行研究，提出了裂隙岩体洞室开挖周边的广义分数维模型，并且对不同影响参数与洞室周边分数维之间的关系进行分析，从分形理论的角度建立洞室周边广义分数维与洞室超挖之间的关系，从而建立了以岩体破裂机理为基础的超欠挖与广义分数维之间的关系。

Weak correlation was found between right ventricular wall thickness and the ratio of early to late peak filling velocity (r=0.294 p＞0.05). However right ventricular filling parameters were unrelated to left ventricular mass index, left ventricular vall thickness, age and blood pressure.

PARTICIPANTS: From August 2004 to May 2006, 226 patients with the pseudoaneurysm of petimembranous VSD, who underwent interventional therapy in the First Hospital of Hehei Medical University, were recruited in the study. According to the results of the left ventricular angiography, 36 patients of pseudoaneurysm of petimembranous VSD with large inlet and multiple outlets were closured with A4B2 occluder devices.

对象：2004-08/2006-05拟在河北医科大学第一医院行介入治疗的室间隔缺损伴膜部瘤形成226例患者中，对造影术显示膜部瘤为大入口多出口的36例患者应用A482封堵器封堵治疗。36例室间隔缺损伴膜部瘤形成患者，造影测量室缺左室面破口直径平均为(10.6±8.7)mm(8-21 mm)，右室面均有多个出口，最大右室面破口直径平均为(3.1±2.9)mm(2-8mm)。

本文运用FDS初步模拟了腔室火灾产生的烟气通过毗邻的走廊向附近房间迁移的规律，分析了室内空气流场和烟气层运动状况，并通过对火灾场景的模拟，以简单直观的形式动态显示出火灾发生的全过程，在模拟过程中获得较准确的火灾相关参数，如温度场分布，烟气流动及热辐射等，并通过模拟结果分析腔室火灾的烟气迁移特性，结果表明着火腔室在无防排烟措施的情况下，烟气扩散的过程是首先充满腔室顶部，随着时间的推移，慢慢向下扩散，直至将整个腔室充满，然后烟气通过走廊快速向附近腔室蔓延。

When aborted rats were injected with 10 IU/g IFN-γin group D, compared with group A, expression of TNF-αinmmuopositive substance in the nucleus pre-opticus medialis, nucleus supra-opticus, nucleus pre-opticus mango celluaris, nucleus periventricularis hypothalami, nucleus paraventricularis hypothalami, nucleus arcuatus hypothalami were highly increased, conversely, the ones in the nucleus pre-opticus suprachiasmaticus, neurohypophsis, adenohypophysis, ovary were obviously decreased, the change in the uterus was not remarkable; Compared with group B, expression of TNF-αin the arcuatus hypothalami was obviously enhanced, while in the nucleus pre-opticus suprachiasmaticus, nucleus pre-opticus mango celluaris, nucleus periventricularis hypothalami, nucleus paraventricularis hypothalami, nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami, neurohypophsis, pars intermedia, ovary, the results were on the contrary, the uterus had no significantly variation; Compared with group C, expression of TNF-αin the nucleus pre-opticus medialis, nucleus supra-opticus, nucleus paraventricularis hypothalami, nucleus arcuatus hypothalami, adenohypophysis and pars intermedia had an obviously risen trend, however, the variation in the nucleus pre-opticus suprachiasmaticus, nucleus periventricularis hypothalami, neurohypophsis, pars intermedia, follicle and corpus luteum was completely opposite, uterus had no obviously change.

外源腹腔注射10 IU/g IFN-γ后，同A组相比：D组TNF-α免疫阳性产物在下丘脑视前内侧核、视上核、视前大细胞核、室周核、室旁核、弓状核显著增高，在视交叉上核显著降低，在其它核团较A组无显著差异，在神经垂体、垂体前叶、卵巢中阳性产物表达均较A组显著降低，在子宫中的表达较A组变化不明显；同B组相比：D组TNF-α免疫阳性产物在弓状核显著增高，在视交叉上核、视前大细胞核、室周核、室旁核、腹内侧核、背内侧核、神经垂体、垂体中间部、卵巢各部阳性物质表达均显著降低，在子宫表达变化不显著；同C组相比：D组下丘脑视前内侧核、视上核、室旁核、弓状核、垂体前叶与中间部均显著增高，在视交叉上核、室周核、神经垂体、卵泡、黄体中均显著降低，子宫中表达变化不明显。
