本发明公开了一种隔爆放电器，包括由防爆有机玻璃制成的筒形放电室本体，所述放电室本体的下端密封螺纹连接有固定电极；所述放电室本体的上端安装操作电极，所述操作电极的下端可移动地安装在导电固定环内，与导电固定环配合间隙为0.1～0.15mm，导电固定环密封螺纹连接在放电室本体的上端，导电固定环上连接有接地线；在放电室本体的内部导电固定环和固定电极之间形成放电室，所述操作电极的上端固接绝缘手柄。

Methods The left ventricular diastolic function,the blood speed during quick filling phaseof left ventricular of the mitral valve orifice,the peak value of the late phase of left ventricular diastolic pariod;E/A ratio,the time for isovolumetric relaxation phase of left ventricular,the reducel time of peak E,and the distance between peak E of mitral valve and intervertricular septum of left ventricular were measured respectively.

摘要］ 目的应用彩色多普勒超声心动图测定冠心病左室舒张功能，临床提供可靠的诊断及治疗依据方法分别测定冠心病组及对照组的左室舒张功能：二尖瓣口左室快速充盈峰值血流速度即E峰；左室舒张晚期峰值速度即A峰；E/A值，左室等容舒张时间，E峰减速时间，二尖瓣叶E峰与室间隔左室面的距离。

Results: Thrombus within right ventricle and main pulmonary artery was detected in 6 patients, right atrium and RV enlargement was found in 19 patients, right ventricular hypokinesis was found in 21 patients, hypokinesis of interventricular septum was detected in 13 patients, MPA and right pulmonary arterial dilation was found in 22 patients, marked tricuspid regurgitation was detected in 23 patients, pulmonary hypertension was found in 23 patients.

右心异常改变者26例（包括超声直接检出血栓的6例），其中右房室增大19例；右室收缩功能减退21例；室间隔左移、左室短轴切面室间隔向左室膨突呈&D&型改变1例；室间隔运动幅度减低13例；主肺动脉及右肺动脉增宽22例；三尖瓣中量以上返流23例；肺动脉收缩压增高23例，范围在33~81mmHg (62.87±23.46 mmHg)，治疗后肺动脉压明显下降，范围在21~52 mmHg (34.26±13.52 mmHg)。

The findings of EMF on MRI were as follows:（1）RVEMF(6 cases): Thickening of endocardium with moderately high signal intensity, right ventricle was smaller and deformed, including obliteration of apex, shortening of inflow tract and dilatation of outflow tract, with hypokinetic contraction of the RV wall.

结果 EMF分为右室型、左室型和双室型三个亚型，MRI所见为：(1)右室型（6例）：右室心内膜显著增厚呈较高信号，右室腔缩小变形，流入道短缩，心尖闭塞而流出道扩张，室壁运动减弱，电影MRI（3例）显示有中至大量三尖瓣返流。

虚拟耳镜示锤砧关节分离，砧镫关节脱位，听骨链中断。手术经颞线下开放上鼓室，保留完整的外耳道后上壁，充分暴露上、后鼓室和听骨链，检查并行听骨链成形术。结果：砧骨长脚骨折1耳，将砧骨改型后行锤-镫连接术；锤砧和砧镫关节脱位6耳，砧骨完全脱落3耳，行砧骨复位双关节固定术。10耳均行上鼓室进路鼓室探查术，术后语频听力平均提高25~50dB。结论：完壁式上鼓室进路鼓室探查术治疗外伤性听骨链中断疗效满意。

The basic principle is that basic geometry shape of openings in the photo is revised; the image can't be distortion by use of projection reconstruction; the corrected image is exerted by open operation and close operation of gray-image; the shape of openings is gained lastly. The perimeter borderline of openings shape is extracted. The quantity of overbreak as well as underbreak is gained by comparing to extracted perimeter and designed perimeter. The same method is applied to other opening sections. Evaluation of overbreak as well as underbreak in the openings can be easily solved in the way of quantitative.

其基本原理是：对野外摄取的洞室的基本剖面形状进行几何校正，然后应用图像学中的投影重建方法使图像不失真，对修正后的图像实行灰度图像的开操作和闭操作运算，得到洞室的基本形状，然后用图像学中的边界提取技术提取洞室的周边界，与洞室的设计形状对比分析，得到洞室在该断面上的超欠挖方量，然后对其它断面采用同样的技术就可评价某一段或整个洞室的超欠挖数量，从定量的角度解决了工程中的超欠挖评价问题。

PARTICIPANTS: From August 2004 to May 2006, 226 patients with the pseudoaneurysm of perimembranous VSD, who underwent interventional therapy in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University, were recruited in the study. According to the results of the left ventricular angiography, 36 patients of pseudoaneurysm of perimembranous VSD with large inlet and multiple outlets were closured with A4B2 occluder devices.

对象：2004-08/2006-05拟在河北医科大学第一医院行介入治疗的室间隔缺损伴膜部瘤形成226例患者中，对造影术显示膜部瘤为大入口多出口的36例患者应用A4B2封堵器封堵治疗。36例室间隔缺损伴膜部瘤形成患者，造影测量室缺左室面破口直径平均为（10.6±8.7）mm (8~21 mm)，右室面均有多个出口，最大右室面破口直径平均为（3.1±2.9）mm (2~8 mm)。
