Taking the present situation of issue of sport lottery on China as research background, from such angles as sociology, economics and psychology, this article probe four factors that hinder the development of sport lottery cause in China.

We make objective comment on original landscape planning of Harbin Institute of Technology. We also use comprehensive analysis to analyzed the design and practice of campus' rebuilding of Harbin Institute of Technology in these ten years. We obtain advantage that worth spreading and using for reference. We raise the disadvantage as well as the advices of improve.

其次运用纵向比较法对哈工大校园两个时期绿地规划的形式、绿地的功能分区、木本植物多样性、植物的乔灌比、针阔比以及植物立面景观效果进行了分析研究，对哈工大原有绿地规划做出了客观的评价；对近十年来哈工大校园改造方案的设计、实施进行了综合比较分析，总结出值得推广、借鉴的优点并提出存在的不足及改进的意见。
