Experiments were conducted to determine the intersolubility of Dimethyl Ether and diesel fuel in a thermo-physical property measuring system with high accuracy,which consists of temperature measurement system(measurement range-80~300 ℃with uncertainty less than ±0.002 ℃) and pressure measurement system(measurement range 0~2 MPa with uncertainty less than ±0.7 kPa).

利用高精度热物性测量系统对二甲醚与柴油的互溶性进行了实验研究。实验系统中温度覆盖范围为-80~300℃，测量不确定度小于±0.002℃；压力测量范围为0~2 MPa，测量不确定度小于±0.7 kPa。测量了10%、20%、30%的二甲醚/柴油混合燃料的饱和蒸气压力和临界互溶温度。研究表明：二甲醚与柴油互溶性良好。

The main applications in the spectroscopic studies and lifetime measurement of highly ionized ions are summarized.2 The experimental principle and method of beam-foil spectroscopy are presented, andthe application of the isoelectronic sequence in the analyses of spectra is described, Cowan program for the theoretical calculations is introduced.3 The main facilities in our experiment are introduced.

本文对高离化态Cu和Ge离子的光谱进行实验研究，得到了一些新的实验结果，论文的主要内容如下： 1 回顾了束箔光谱法的发展历史，介绍了束箔光谱法的优点；总结了束箔光谱法在高离化态原子能级研究，高离化态原子能级寿命测量等方面的主要用途。

The research uses the pretest-posttest nonequivalent quasi-experimental design of accurate experimental methodology. This research is carried out about 6 weeks on second graders at K.M.

In the study, we established the animal model of diabetic ED successfully. Modern medical methods such as routine lightscopy, pathology, transmission electroscopy, scanning electroscopy, fluorospectrophotometer and radio-immunity were employed. From the aspects of pathomorphism, cellular supermicrostucture and neurocrine, we observed the mixture's effect on status of the whole animal model and penial erection, the fast plasma glucose, protein non-enzyme gycosylation, nitric oxide synthase , testosterone. In contrast with control groups, the mixture could apparently slow down the corpus cavernosum penial, vascular, neural pathologic progression of the diabetic rats and had a better result than diabetic pill, invigorating yang and restoring normal capsule and amino guanidine.

通过实验研究，成功建立了糖尿病性阴茎勃起功能障碍动物模型，利用常规光镜病理、透射电镜、扫描电镜、荧光分光光度计、放射免疫法等现代医学研究方法，从病理形态学、细胞超微结构、神经内分泌学等方面，观察了降糖起萎合剂对模型动物整体状态和阴茎勃起情况、空腹血糖水平、蛋白非酶糖基化、一氧化氮合酶、睾酮等实验指标的影响，与对照组比较提示降糖起萎合剂能明显延缓大鼠基于DM基础上的阴茎海绵体及血管、神经病变的病理进程，其疗效优于消渴丸、壮阳复春灵胶囊及氨基胍。

文中系统总结了目前高压真空绝缘闪络特性的实验研究成果，具体阐述了几种典型实验模型及研究方法，以及几种重要物理因素，即绝缘材料介电常数、绝缘体几何形状及长度、施加电场波形、绝缘体表面处理、绝缘体几何面积、绝缘体预放电处理、磁场作用、多层高梯度绝缘技术等等，对真空绝缘闪络特性的影响。

本研究以我国培养建立的一株RB细胞系〓及裸鼠为实验材料和对象，在对〓细胞抑癌基因（Rb基因、p53基因）表达状况进行检测和鉴定的基础上，通过建立裸鼠玻璃体腔RB常位异种移植模型，构建Rb基因的逆转录病毒表达载体，以脂质体介导的Rb基因转移方式，进行RB体内基因治疗的实验研究，观察Rb基因在体内对RB的治疗作用及影响因素，并探讨其作用机制。

Many swarm parameters have been obtained such as the electron density distribution, the energy and spatial distribution of the emitted electrons from the MHCD at various voltage and different dimension of micro-hollow cathode. Micro-hollow cathode discharges with slot and cylindrical cathode have been done, results show that pressure, cathode structure and the gas mixture will affect the stability of glow discharge. Micro-hollow cathode discharge array was obtained by individual ballasted discharge unit.
