From acoustic wave equation, current continuity equation and boundary conditions, we have solved the interface potential produced by BAWs in interface between piezoelectric solid and semiconductor. The results of YZ LiNb03/n-Si structure with SV wave incidence have been calculated and experimental result has been given. Finally, we have presented some kinds of BAW acoustoelectric convolver structures and analyzed their features.

SABS can be improved by SAFU for Hyperspectral imageries. The proposed SAFU selects the sets of uncorrelated hyperspectral bands for each different class simultaneously while utilizing the inherent separability of different classes in hyperspectral images to reduce dimensionality and further to effectively generate a unique SAFU feature. The experimental results show that the SAFU approach is effective and can be used as an alternative to the existing feature extraction algorithms.

Based on both the strong-weak model and the strong-strong model, the instability caused by ions in equilibrium is simulated, some useful results are obtained. The results include the relation between instability growth rate and neutralization factor, the relation between instability threshold and neutralization factor, and the incoherent tune shift, the tune spread, the ion cloud distribution, the ion loss mechanism, as well as the ion accumulation limitation in the storage ring. With this understanding, we have carried out theoretical and experimental study for some ion clearing methods and their effects for the HLS ring. The minimum static clearing voltage is determined through calculating beam electric field and measuring ion current.

In order to describe in detail the structure of mesoscale atmosphere circulation and its evolution, symmetry theory are extensively used in the past fifty years. A large number of wind tunnel and water tank experiments are practiced to reshow the physical process that often appear in the atmosphere and, to some extent, successfully explain many atmsophere circulation characters in surface layer. But because of the planetary reflection and small Re number deformation, these physical experiments can' t represent real conditions of the atmosphere, they also can' t distinct viscous boundary layer separation and non-viscous dynamical separation as well as show the circulation response to surface diurnal heating.
