The first part is to synthesize 5-formyl -8- quinolinol from 8-uinolinol and chloroform , using ethanol as a solvent. Then analysizing the 5-formyl-8-quinolinol by IR. The second part is , according to ideas of molecule designing, to synthesize the new self-assembly Inorganic-Organic coordination polymers Co(u2-bpyV2O6,(C4H4N2)Ni2(H2O)2-V4Ol2,(Cl2Hl2N2)Co-V2O6 using Cu, Ni, and Co as templating, 4-cyano-pyridine(4-CNPy), 4,4-bipyridine,pyrazine, l,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane, 5-formyl -8- quinolinol as building blocks and Ammonium Metavanadate (NH4VO3) as subordinate building blocks by Hydrothermal , analysizing their content of element determining their structures by X-Ray diffraction.

本课题实验分为两部分：一是配体的合成，以8-羟基喹啉、三氯甲烷为原料，以乙醇为溶剂，合成了5—甲醛基—8羟基喹啉并且对其进行了IR的分析测定；二是配位聚合物的合成，通过分子设计，采用溶剂热法以Cu、Ni、Co为中心离子，以5—甲醛基—8羟基喹啉、4，4-联吡啶、吡嗪、1，2-二吡啶基乙烷为配体，以偏钒酸根(VO_3~-)为辅助配体，通过水热法自组装合成了新的3-D网状结构配位聚合物Co(μ_2-bpy)V_2O_6，(C_4H_4N_2)Ni_2(H_2O)_2·V_4O_(12)，C_(12H_(12)N_2Co·V_2O_6，并对其进行了元素分析和晶体结构的测定。

METHODS:The way of inhibition of Escherichia coli,Bacillus pyocyaneus,Staphylococcus aureus by amicacine and gintamincine,the methods of the plate,the tube and U-type disk (quantitative analysis by microdose and germ MQQA) were compared in nathre.RESULTS:Minimun inhibitory concentration by MQQA was lower than that by other two methods with higher sensitivity.

以大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和金葡球菌为实验对象，以硫酸丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素2个已知药为工具药，用MQQA测出2个已知药对上述3个菌株的最小抑菌浓度，并与平皿法和试管法进行比较。

Image analysis system was used for semi-quantitive assay of TGF-βRⅠ and R Ⅱexpression, and microphotography was used to record the morphologic changes of culturedchondrocytes. The results are:1. TGF-〓 showed sequentially inhibitory and promotive effects on the proliferation of human articular chondrocytes of two week monolayer culture from one passage to eight passage.

本研究采用CellTiter 96〓单溶液细胞增殖分析试剂盒测定体外培养中的软骨细胞的增殖活细胞数量；免疫组化法测定软骨细胞TGF-βR Ⅰ、R Ⅱ，Ⅱ型胶原和S-100蛋白的定性表达；酶免分析法测定TGF-〓作用后的Ⅱ型胶原定量表达；通过图象分析仪，对TGF-βRⅠ、R Ⅱ的免疫组化染色结果进行半定量分析；本研究的实验结果如下：1。

Methods:Prepared multilaminar liposome vaccine by film evaporaqtion combined with lyophilization; Immunized BALB/c mice with the obtained liposomeencapsulated influenza split vaccine and the routine influenza split vaccine, serum antibodies were assayed on weeks 213 by the haemagglutinationinhibition test and ELISA, the HI test for the special antiHA antigen and the ELISA test for the IgG. Protective immunity against intranasal virus challenge was determined at 12 weeks postvaccination.

采用薄膜法与冷冻干燥法相结合的方法制得多层脂质体；用制得的脂质体流感疫苗和普通疫苗分别免疫小鼠，用血凝抑制实验和酶联免疫吸附试验对免后2～13周的小鼠血清的抗体水平进行检测，HI检测其特异性抗体，ELISA检测IgG抗体水平并对小鼠的保护效率进行检测。

objective to investigate the inhibition mechanism of nanoapatite on the human hepatocelluar carcinoma.methods stable and single-dispersed nanoapatite were synthesized with sol-gel method.nanoapatite were surveyed by zataplus and tem.their effect on the bel-7402human hepatoma cell lines was investigated by the mtt methods,and the mechanism was studied from changes in ultrastructure.results the result showed that inhibition of nanoapatite on the bel-7402human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines was presended obviously in vitro.conclusion nanoapatite entered into cancer cytoplasm,and cancer cells result in oncosis.

目的 探讨纳米磷灰石的抑癌机制。方法利用sol-gel法制备出稳定单分散的纳米磷灰石体系，应用粒径电位仪和透射电镜对纳米磷灰石进行表征；采用mtt比色法研究纳米磷灰石对细胞系bel-7402人肝癌细胞的作用；从超微结构的改变研究其作用机制。结果实验结果表明，纳米磷灰石在体外对bel-7402人肝癌细胞具有明显的抑制作用。结论通过进入到癌细胞内，导致癌细胞胀亡。

本实验主要通过对头针快速提插捻转法与普通头针法治疗脑梗死上肢功能障碍疗效的对比研究，揭示头针快速提插捻转法在头体针综合疗法治疗脑梗死上肢功能障碍中的作用，并进一步探讨该针法临床疗效的作用机制。

The following conclusions have been gotten from a large amount of experiments and determinations: Triiodide, pentaiodide, heptaiodide, nonaiodide, undecaiodide of solid tetra-n-butyl ammonium polyiodides and tetrabutyl ammonium bromide polyiodides can be synthesized by solid phase process which is a economic easy way, while its not suitable for synthesizing solid tetramethyl ammonium polyiodides; Solution polyiodides of triiodide, pentaiodide can be synthesized through the complexation process, and TX-10 is a better complexing agent; Triiodide, pentaiodide, heptaiodide resinic polyiodides were synthesized by ion-exchange of resinifying process, and that is a viable easy way.

在大量实验和分析的基础上，可得到以下结论：用固相法可以合成出碘三、碘五、碘七、碘九和碘十一形式的正四丁基多碘化铵固体高聚碘和四丁基多碘化溴化铵固体高聚碘系列化合物，是制备高聚碘的经济、方便的合成方法，但此法对合成四甲基多碘化铵固体高聚碘系列化合物并不适用；TX-10是合成溶液高聚碘较佳的络合剂，通过其络合作用可以合成出碘三和碘五形式的溶液高聚碘；采用树脂法，通过离子交换，合成出了碘三、碘五和碘七形式的树脂高聚碘，此法简单可行。
