实验法

The total DNA has been extracted from the fresh leaves of 4 medicinal species of pteridophyte with CTAB, SDS, to compare their effects on DNA extraction. The result shows that the optimum preparation method obtained to extract high-quality DNA lays theoretic and practical base for PCR amplification and primer design, for filtrating related gene of the active elements from leaves of the four pteridophytes.

以四种药用蕨类的叶片为材料，采用改进的CTAB法、SDS法分别对四种蕨类进行了总DNA提取效果的比较分析，结果表明，通过实验获得最佳的DNA提取方法，为PCR扩增，引物设计，为筛选四种药用蕨类中的活性成份的相关基因奠定理论和实践基础。

The result of simulation shows that these three kinds of method have much more quick constringency ratio and high precision than traditional method, which provides the important theory to real-time realization of neural network for nonuniformity correction.

仿真实验表明这三种方法较传统的随机给定法训练收敛速度快、精度高，为神经网络非均匀性校正法走向实时实现提供了重要的理论参考。

extended progressive refinement method as a fast algorithm of radiosity minimize the recomputation time after any virtual scene modification.in this paper,the extended progressive refinement method is studied and implemented in the way of opengl.then the data which can prove the efficiency of the algorithm by changing scene reflectivity and scene geometry during experiment is obtained.in this way,the method is proved to be efficient.

摘 要：当虚拟场景发生变化时，扩展的逐步求精算法作为一种快速的辐射度算法，大量减少了重新计算辐射度所花费的时间。对扩展的逐步求精算法进行研究，并利用opengl对算法进行了实现。通过在实验中对虚拟场景的表面反射率和几何属性进行改变，获得了一些证明算法有效性的数据，从而验证了该算法的有效性。

The neural network methods are found to show much better agreement than the statistic regression methods in dealing with the experiment data.

On global optimal algorithms, a heuristic 0-1 Integer Liner Programming algorithm is achieved, which combines heuristic enumeration method and revised simplex method. Simulation experiments show that the degree and optimization efficiency in our algorithm is obviously improved compared with the MATLAB 7 bintprog function that is a 0-1 integer programming algorithm. Moreover our algorithm isn\'t relevant to the scale changes of Web services composition and candidate service sets, thus it is applicable for the scenes that the scales of Web services composition changed dynamically. But for Web services composition with service alliance, the algorithm is unable because the non-linear global optimal model of the fitness function and QoS constraints can\'t be expressed in linear mode.

在全局优化算法研究上，基于启发式0-1整线性规划算法结合了修正单纯形法和启发式枚举法，仿真实验表明该算法与MATLAB 7的0-1整数规划方法比较，在优化程度及优化效率上得到了显著改进，并且对服务组合和候选服务集合的规模变化没有明显的相关性，因而该算法可用于服务组合规模动态变化的场景，但该算法不能应用于存在服务联盟的非线性全局优化模型。
