Scan sampling and Focal sampling methods were utilized to determine the behavior mode, daily rhythm and behavior trends of the nestlings of Great Bustard;Each growth indicator were measured to obtain the growing curves and equations;Correlation analysis was taken between the behavior and growth indicators of young Great Bustard to understand the relation between them.

本实验采用扫描取样法和目标取样法相结合观察大鸨雏鸟的行为模式，研究了大鸨雏鸟行为日节律及其行为随日龄增长的强度变化趋势；定期对大鸨雏鸟各生长指标进行测量，总结大鸨雏鸟的生长发育规律，拟合生长曲线和方程；对大鸨雏鸟的行为和生长发育指标进行相关性分析，确定生长指标与行为变化规律之间的关系。

Digital speckle correlation method is adopted to measure parameters ofMooney-Rivlin model of rubber in the simple tension experiment. The globaldeformation of tire, distribution of equivalent Cauchy stress and distributionof normal contact forces between tire and ground are analyzed.

After nearly two years intensively preparing work, the scientific agreement of "Laboratoire Franco-Chinois de Catalyse" had been signed finally at GIF, Paris, on March 20,2000, by president of CAS Lu Yongxiang and Director of CNRS Catherine Brechignac.At the same time, the "Statuts du Laboratoire Franco Chinois de Catalyse" has been signed by Prof. Can Li, the Director the State Key Laboratory of Catalysis of DICP and Prof. Bernard Bigot, the Director of Institut de Recherche sur la Catalyse, France.

In the detection experiments, the scan rate is set at 0.3 V/s under the analysis of linear sweep voltammetry. On the cyclic voltammetry plot, each pair of clear redox peaks was observed for 4-chlorophenol (4-CP), 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP), and penta- chlorophenol. The potentials of the redox pairs were 1.218 and -0.460 V for 4-CP, 1.128 and -0.448 V for 2,4-DCP, and 1.037 and -0.473 V for PCP.

By using TCN—AN numerical torsion testing machine, the torque of Cast Iron Materials under pure shearing is measured, and its strain is also measured through XL2101B2 static strain meter, adopting method of whole bridge connection. Based on the above experiment equipments and all the measurement results, method of torsion of circular shaft is designed to measure Elastic Modulus of Cast Iron Materials.

The eyes were periodically examined by retinoscopy, and A-scan ultrasonography. Two weeks later, the eyeballs were removed and the apoptotic cells were determined by electron microscopy, TUNEL technique and flow cytometry in scleras. Both bFGF and the bcl-2 protein were determined by the immunohistochemisty method and the Western-blot method. Finally, the most striking creation of this paper is to propose a new solution to OOI correspondence problem between wide baseline images, named multi-epipolar-line constraint. It defeats existing methods by generating the more accurate one-to-one OOI correspondence and thus can be more suitable for real-time system. The experimental results show that our new method is very portable, robust and efficient.
