对葡萄籽中原花青素的超声提取工艺进行了研究，在单因素实验和正交实验的基础上，得出超声波法提取葡萄籽原花青素的最佳工艺条件为：在40℃下，以料液比为30：1的40%乙醇溶液，用120W的超声功率对葡萄籽作用10min。

The change of the flash point of the mixed trivalent alcohol and the mixed trivalent ether and the mixed alcohol -ether has been studied in this paper by the open crucible flash point mensural apparatus,the experiential formula in fixed condition are projected,and the change regularity of the flash point of the mixed liquid are figured in this paper.

利用开杯闪点测定仪对三元醇类混合、三元醚类混合、醇醚混合等不同情况下混合液体的闪点变化进行了实验研究，推算出了三元混合液体在规定实验条件下闪点变化的经验公式，并用图示法分析了混合液体闪点随配比的变化规律。

The hydrogen precipitation of different metals, platinum, lead, nickel, iron and titanium, were discussed in different pH value and current density. By using Cyclic Voltammetry to study the reduction reaction, copper, titanium, lead, Ti/PbO2 and Ti/MnO2 as cathode respectively, it is proved that sodium metaborate can be electrochemically reduced to sodium borohydride. The kinetic parameters and fractal dimension of these electrode, graphite, lead iron Ti/PbO2 and Ti/MnOa etc, will be researched.

采用循环伏安法，分别以铜、钛、铅、钛、Ti／PbO_2和Ti／MnO_2作为阴极，对该反应进行实验研究，证实了偏硼酸钠电化学还原制各硼氢化钠的可能性；分别对石墨、铅、铁、Ti／PbO_2和Ti／MnO_2等电极在本实验体系中的电极动力学参数(a，b，i_0)及分形维数进行了讨论，认为Ti／PbO_2为该体系中的最佳电极材太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文料。

For the extraction of Morchella esculenta polysaccharide, the factors affected extraction at different stages were declared by response surface methodology with three factors and three levels according to Box-Benhnken theory for center united experiments.

针对羊肚菌多糖的提取，通过单因素实验，根据Box-Benhnken的中心组合实验设计原理，采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法，确定各工艺条件的影响因子，以羊肚菌多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线图。

However, currently, the retrieval of multiangular remote sensing seldom considers the use of spectral information. We use MSAVI2 as an index to get the a priori knowledge of LAI. As a result, the a priori knowledge is more objective. From the comparison of using or not using this MSAVI predicted a priori knowledge, we found that this approach is effective.

与以往的反演方法相区别，该文利用行播作物二向反射模型，将多角度与多光谱数据结合进行行播作物LAI反演实验，并对反演算法进行了详细的敏感性分析实验，结果表明采用多角度、多光谱遥感数据相结合的方法可以有效反演行播作物的叶面积指数。

By experiment of atomic spectrum and planting trees with flowerpots,a study is made to reveal the resistibility of Nerium indicum and clerodendrum cyrtophyllum to Pb contamination in different conditions,for example,in wild area and in flowerpots.

采用原子分光光度法、对比盆栽实验方法等，进行了大青、夹竹桃在污染区野生状态下和人工盆栽实验状态下的抗铅性研究；同时比较了污染前、后污染区周围植被的消亡动态。

Holographic lithography method is one of them, which means that fabrication of 1D, 2D and 3D periodical microstructures by interference of two beams, three or four noncoplanar beams, multiple mutually coherent laser beams are made to intersect and interfere, producing period patterns of light and dark areas repeated on a scale proportional to the wavelength of the beams used.

全息光子晶体的实验制备及缺陷引入在光子晶体的实验制备中我们主要研究两个方面，一是激光全息干涉法一步成型制备大规模无缺陷的光子晶体，二是用单光子和双光子聚合相结合的办法，在光子晶体中引入缺陷。

In the study, we established the animal model of diabetic ED successfully. Modern medical methods such as routine lightscopy, pathology, transmission electroscopy, scanning electroscopy, fluorospectrophotometer and radio-immunity were employed. From the aspects of pathomorphism, cellular supermicrostucture and neurocrine, we observed the mixture's effect on status of the whole animal model and penial erection, the fast plasma glucose, protein non-enzyme gycosylation, nitric oxide synthase , testosterone. In contrast with control groups, the mixture could apparently slow down the corpus cavernosum penial, vascular, neural pathologic progression of the diabetic rats and had a better result than diabetic pill, invigorating yang and restoring normal capsule and amino guanidine.

通过实验研究，成功建立了糖尿病性阴茎勃起功能障碍动物模型，利用常规光镜病理、透射电镜、扫描电镜、荧光分光光度计、放射免疫法等现代医学研究方法，从病理形态学、细胞超微结构、神经内分泌学等方面，观察了降糖起萎合剂对模型动物整体状态和阴茎勃起情况、空腹血糖水平、蛋白非酶糖基化、一氧化氮合酶、睾酮等实验指标的影响，与对照组比较提示降糖起萎合剂能明显延缓大鼠基于DM基础上的阴茎海绵体及血管、神经病变的病理进程，其疗效优于消渴丸、壮阳复春灵胶囊及氨基胍。

After the cell growth curves was recorded, RPE cells of the 3-5th passages were utilized. 2、Three different siRNA (siRNAl,siRNA2,siRNA3) targeting against human cx43 gene and one negative control siRNA were designed and transfected into cultured human RPE cells via liposome reagent. Proteins with significant expression alterations were selected and their peptide mass fingerprints (PMFs were obtained by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flying mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS).The PMFs were used to search NCBInr database by Auto MS-Fit software.

实验方法：1、培养原代的人RPE细胞，经过细胞角蛋白、S-100和神经胶质原纤维酸性蛋白免疫细胞化学鉴定后，通过AO/PI染色技术确定培养细胞的存活率，描记其生长曲线，第3-5代用于以下细胞实验2、生物合成针对人cx43基因的三条小干扰RNA和一条阴性RNA通过脂质体转染RPE细胞后，通过RT-PCR的方法确定抑制效率最高的干扰片断3、将该片段以不同浓度通过阳离子脂质体转染培养的人RPE细胞后，采用MTT法观察其对细胞的增殖力的作用；通过流式细胞仪观察其对细胞周期的影响；通过扫描电镜观察其对细胞形态的影响；通过免疫细胞化学和Weston blot观察其对cx43蛋白表达的作用；采用激光共聚焦和荧光淬灭恢复技术观察荧光恢复速率平均百分率，评价其对细胞间通讯功能的影响；通过制作RPE细胞损伤模型，观察其对损伤修复能力的作用4、分离纯化转染siRNA的RPE组和正常对照组RPE细胞的全部蛋白质，应用等电聚焦电泳和SDS-PAGE双向电泳技术，银染显示分离出的蛋白质斑点，经凝胶图像分析软件对两个样本进行胶图分析，寻找差异蛋白点。
