采用Langendorf法对兔离体心脏分别灌流大蒜素注射液、大蒜注射液、大蒜实验液，分别记录心搏图，求出致心脏停搏的最小剂量，结果：大蒜素注射液的抑菌浓度为大蒜实验液的1／6.2～1／3，而致心脏停搏的最小浓度分别为0.1736u／ml和3.919u／ml。
