The inclusion bodies were solubilized in 50mM Tris-buffer at pH 12.5 and then were diluted to refold the denatured proteins. Refolding of D-hydantoinase by direct and fed-batch operations was investigated . Furthermore, the influence of the additives, CTAB and MnCl2, for soluble protein recovery was also studied.

实验中先以pH 12.5， 50mM Tris-bufferru将包涵体溶解，再藉由稀释法使其复性，并探讨直接稀释法与馈料稀释法对乙内醯尿酶复性的影响，另外探讨添加剂是否对可溶蛋白回收率有所帮助。

本实验分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法、乙醇回流法以及超声波提取法对紫丁香和暴马丁香中的挥发油进行提取，本研究为实现丁香的综合利用做前期准备。

Methods: The inclusion complex of astaxanthin-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was studied by Ultr-aviolet Spectroscopy in aqueous solution and prepared by trituration. The formation of the complex was confirmed by IR spectroscopy. The accelerative experiment of stability of the complex was carried out at 60℃, 5000 lux.

To explain the computable of correlated noise attenuation by wavelet analysis; to give adaptive wavelet shrinkage algorithm on basis of threshold. We discuss three thresholds'choice; namely eigenvalue, unbiased risk estimator and hitograph method. We give comesponding experiments'analysis and comparison. It shows that our method is reliable.
