Measuring light wavelength with biprism interference is a very important experiment in the research and teaching of basic physics, the key to which is the distance measurement of the two virtual images.

用双棱镜干涉测量光波波长是基础物理研究和教学中非常重要的一个实验，该实验的关键环节是测量两虚相干光源间的距离，大多数实验教科书中大都采用二次成像法测量两虚相干光源的间距。

METHODS: Total 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, i.e., normal control group , DMN model group , large dose treatment group , middle dose treatment group, small dose treatment group and Dongbao gantai treatment group. The liver fibrotic model was induced by i.p. dimethylnitrosamine for 4wk. The relative herbs were given after model establishment in each treatment group and the administration lasted for 6 weeks. Decollate to get the blood and The serum hepatofibrosis indexes, hyaluronic acid, collagen IV, pro-collagen type III and laminin were measuredwith radioimmunoassay. SOD and MDA were measured with biochemistry method. The liver pathological changes were observed in each group of rats.

将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随即机分正常对照组、模型对照组、实验大剂量组(20ml/kg/d)、实验中剂量组(10ml/kg/d)、实验小剂量组(5ml/kg/d)及东宝肝泰药物对照组；腹腔注射二甲基亚硝胺制备大鼠肝纤维化模型，连续灌胃6周，断头取血，生化检测血清SOD、MDA；放射免疫法测定血清HA、LN、PCIII及IV-C；取肝左叶做HE染色和Mallory胶原染色，观察肝病理组织学改变。

Results (1) CCD fluorescent microscope was superior to laser scanning confocal microscope in collecting the fluorescent image of DCF. CCD fluorescent microscope was chosen to be the system applied in this research with the consideration of operation, cost and et al. The mercury-arc lamp of fluorescent microscope was fit for the requirement of our study. The wavelength range of the light output was 460-490 nm and the power density was about 100mW/cm in the condition of our study. Organelle-cell fluorescence intensity ratio analysis was more suitable than other methods.

结果：(1)CCD荧光显微镜采集到的DCF荧光图像的质量优于共聚焦显微镜，同时综合考虑包括采图质量、光照射剂量的可控性、实验成本和操作简便性等诸多因素，最终确定了CCD荧光显微镜作为实验研究的工具；荧光军医进修学院硕士学位论文中文摘要显微镜的汞灯输出功率稳定，光斑均匀，经本实验所选取的光路系统后输出波长范围为460一490nm，功率密度约为1 00 mw/cm；细胞器一细胞荧光强度比值法对于荧光分布位置的确定优于其他方法。

The experiment of linear expansion coefficients of metals using micrometer caliper,in place of light lever is introduced,this makes experimental apparatus simpler,the operation easier,and reduces the unstable factor in experiment.

介绍采用千分表代替光杠杆法测量金属线胀系数的实验方法，该方法简化了实验设备，减少了实验中的不稳定因素，且易于操作。

To explore the functions of SPANXA1 in cancerous phenotypes CL1-5 cells were transfected with a SPANXA1 expressing vector and evaluated by cell proliferation, cell migration, Matrigel invasion and colony formation assays in vitro as well as mouse metastasis assays in vivo. The results indicated that the induction of SPANXA1 could reduce cell invasiveness. In the other hand, immunostaining showed that SPANXA1 was predominately located at the nucleoplasm.

经RT-PCR验证得知SPANXA1在CL1-0的表现量比CL1-5多100倍以上，於是我们将SPANXA1转染在CL1-5细胞株中，并测量活体外的细胞生长速度试验、细胞迁徙实验、Matrigel侵袭实验、癌细胞群落形成实验及小鼠活体内细胞转移能力，探讨SPANXA1对癌细胞性状的影响，结果发现增加SPANXA1会降低癌细胞的转移能力，在另一方面，我们利用免疫萤光染色法侦测出SPANXA1是存在於核质中，并以西方点墨法再次证实SPANXA1是存在於核质中。

Phaeocystis cells are separated experimentally form the water samples collected in Bohai Phaeocystis blooms in 2005.Plate and dilution was used to separate and culture the Phaeocystis cells from the Bohai water samples; Its ecological properties of growth was studied in this research; The break effect of ultrasonic and freezing method was compared in the breaking treatment of Gymnodinium spp. cells of different periods.

该研究选用平板法和稀释法对渤海棕囊藻赤潮期间水样中的微藻进行了分离培养实验；系统研究了裸甲藻在实验室条件下的生态学特征；考察了超声波法和冻融法对不同生长时期裸甲藻细胞的破碎效果；运用高效液相色谱对裸甲藻和链状亚历山大藻细胞提取物进行了麻痹性贝毒的分析检测。

The direct calculation of the GaN/AlN super cell demonstrated that the GaN/AlN heterojunction was homotype and changed abruptly at the interface.

另外，通过使用常用的平均键能法、平均势法和芯态法三种近似方法对GaN/AlN带阶的计算，比较得出，超原胞法虽然计算量较大，但能够给出异质结界面附近更为详细的信息，这一点其他三种近似方法无法得到，但他们也能够得出与实验值基本一致的带阶参数。

The paper introduced three processes to prepare isochroman from β-phenethyl alcohol and polyformaldehyde:HCl catalysis,AlCl_3 catalysis and toluene-p-sulfonic acid catalysis,and discussed its reaction mechanism,using toluene-p-sulfonic acid catalysis method to prepare isochroman ,the yield is 46%,purity is 96%.

用β-苯乙醇和多聚甲醛为原料，进行了HC l催化法，三氯化铝催化法和对甲苯磺酸催化法的合成路线的实验，并对其反应机理进行了探讨，应用对甲苯磺酸催化法合成异色满的合成路线，得率46%，纯度96%。

酒糟醋是以酒糟为主料或辅料酿制的醋，由于酒糟的淀粉含量相当低，所以不能按照传统的固态发酵法生产食醋，当以固态法发酵生产食醋时，将其作为辅料来使用效果可能会更好，所以在实验中分别采取了以固态发酵法、液态发酵法、酶法制醋等工艺对酒糟进行处理。

This may be explained by follows: First, Decoction Shenkangling can regulate the homeostasis of NEI network and reduce the increased activity of NF-κB to restrain the action of inflammatory-sclerotic media; Second, it can redress the disequilibrium of the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 to reform the hypercoagulable state; Third, it can enhance albumin and reduce cholesterol and triglyceride; Fourth, it can amend the renal damage and protect the function of renal tubule and stroma to prevent the transformation from MCD to FSGS; Last, it can lessen urine protein in AN rats markedly and relieve the side effects of prednisone.4. NF-κB, TXA2 and PGI2, along with the renal pathomorphology and so on can all be the indexes of the diagnosis of Symptom of "Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis" and the application of Methods of "Benefiting the kidney and Promoting blood circulation" in TCM.5. The curative effects on AN rats by treatment of integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine with prednisone are much better than using prednisone only. And the curative effects on AN rats by treatment of matching Decoction Shenkangling, having the function of "Benefiting the kidney and Promoting blood circulation", with Prednisone are much better than using Prednisone only.6. When it referred to decreasing urine protein, cholesterol and triglyceride and increasing albumin, Decoction Zhibodihuang excesses Decoction Taohongsiwu. However, when it referred to regulating the disequilibrium of TXA2/PGI2 and meliorating renal lesion, Decoction Taohongsiwu exceeds Decoction Zhibodihuang.7. The curative effects on AN rats by treatment of matching Methods of "Benefiting the kidney and Promoting blood circulation" with Prednisone overmatches using Prednisone matching Method of "Benefiting the kidney" or Method of " Promoting blood circulation" only.

益肾活血中药肾康灵能显著改善AN鼠的肾虚血瘀证的临床表现和实验指标，这可能与中药肾康灵能调理AN鼠机体的NEI网络功能稳态，降低异常升高的NF-κB活性，抑制免疫炎症/硬化介质环节，纠正失衡的TXA2/PGI2，改善AN鼠血液高凝状态，提高AN鼠的血清Alb，降低Ch和TG，减轻AN鼠的肾脏组织病理学变化，保护肾小管－间质功能，阻止MCD向FSGS转化；显著减轻AN鼠的尿蛋白水平以及减轻激素副作用有关。4、NF-κB、 TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α以及肾脏病理形态学改变等，都可作为中医肾虚血瘀证诊断和益肾活血法应用的客观指标。5、中西医结合干预AN鼠疗效优于单纯激素治疗；强的松配合益肾活血中药肾康灵组的综合疗效显著优于单纯强的松组。6、知柏地黄汤组在降低尿蛋白、提高血清Alb、降低Ch和TG疗效上优于桃红四物汤组；桃红四物汤组在纠正失衡的TXA2/PGI2和减轻肾脏病理损害方面优于知柏地黄汤组。7、激素配合益肾活血法干预AN鼠在一定程度上优于激素配合益肾法或活血法。
