In this study, the classification of Chinese Babesia spp. infective to cattle were carried out by the classical methods and molecular biotechnology, and investigated the vector ticks of an unidentified Babesia sp. isolated from Xinjiang province by the experimental transmission, and observed the developmental forms of Babesia sp. in the engorged Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum females;We developed the indirect hemoagglutination test for Babesia bigemina, and evaluated its effect in the sero-survey;We made slow-released injection of imidocarb, and estimated its efficacy on the treatment and prevention of Babesia bigemina infection by the laboratory work and the field tests. 本研究以牛的巴贝斯虫为研究对象，采用传统技术与分子生物学技术相结合的方法对在我国已分离的牛巴贝斯虫病主要病原进行了分类学研究，在实验室内运用蜱传播试验对分离于我国新疆的牛的巴贝斯虫未定种的媒介蜱及其传播方式进行了详细的研究，采用组织抹片方法对牛的巴贝斯虫未定种在小亚璃眼蜱饱血雌虫体内的发育过程进行了观察；建立了间接血球凝集试验诊断方法，并对其在血清学调查中的应用效果进行了考察；研制了咪唑苯脲缓释注射剂，并通过实验室工作和田间试验对防治效果进行了评价。

By using the similarity of wave crest to cylindrical lens ,a new method for measuring the velocity of liquid phase wave in the range of specified wavelengths was proposed, its applicational scope was determined by means of simulation evaluation,and meantime,this model was simulated in the lab.

探讨了低表面张力液体的表面波波速与波长的关系，利用该液体的单个波峰性质与圆柱透镜性质相似的特点，提出了一种新的在特定波长范围内测量该液体相速度的方法，并通过模拟计算确定了该测量方法的适用范围，同时在实验室模拟了该模型，实验结果表明在一定范围内该测量方法具有较高的精度。

First, this study will use the questionnaire to explore all kinds of consumers' online shopping motivation, and then emend the questionnaire and form the ultimate one for the second process. Second, we will simulate a shopping site to get clickstream data, participants need to complete the ultimate questionnaire at the same time. We will analyse the integrated data from two measures, cluster analysis separately, and explore the correspondence between the two cluster methods.

研究分两个阶段：首先通过问卷调查的方法探测消费者的网上购物动机，并修订问卷；然后通过实验室模拟合问卷调查同时进行的方法获取网上购物动机和点击流信息，分别分类网上消费者，并探讨两种方法的对应关系。

Objective: The research was used the methods that had been improved by our lab for miRNA clone and expression analysis. Oreochromis nilotica, Xenopus laevis, Trachemys scripta elegans, Gallus gallus four species from Pisces、Ammphibia、Reptilia、Ayes had been used as the meaterrl to fred out the impacts of miRNA on animal evolution in this research as well as rich the miRNA database.
