本组7例急性T细胞免疫功能缺陷病人，经用小牛FHF_后，临床症状及实验室检查初步说明，该制品具有一定的改善患者细胞免疫功能状态和抗病毒、霉菌感染的作用。本文所采用的小牛THF_是在Goldstein氏的提取方法基础上进行了改进，分子量在15，000以下，免疫电泳分析显示没有牛血清白蛋白的大分子物质，脐带血玫瑰花结测定存在活性。由于本组病例尚少，还有待进一步探讨。
