The following results were obtained: 1. Several multi-pore materials were compared and a nylon membrane was choosed to conduct experiments. 2. Two devices and methods for controlling negative hydraulic heads were developed. Coupled with the devices, a system for precise control of soil moisture udring pot experiment was developed. 3. Two times of pot experiment studying wheat seedling growth under precise soil moisture control were conducted. Some very important results were obtained. 4. Capillary rise, horizontal and vertical infiltration under different nagative hydraulic heads were observed. The concepts of "critical wetting distance" and "wetting coefficient" were proposed. The linear relationship between wetting front movement distance and cumulative infiltration amount was confirmed. Spatial distribution model of soil moisture and its simple derivation method were established.

通过该项目支持，获得了以下的研究成果： 1、比较和检验了不同多孔材料，初步选定了用于水分控制的多孔膜材料； 2、完成了两种负水头控制方法与装置的研究，并制作了仪器，与负水头控制装置配套，制作了盆栽实验用水分精控盆； 3、进行了两期小麦苗期水分精确控制盆栽实验，获得了一系列重要结论； 4、进行了不同负水头下土壤的毛管上升、水平入渗、垂直入渗研究，提出了临界湿润厚度、湿润系数两个概念，确定了湿润锋与入渗量的线性关系、土壤含水量的空间分布模型，土壤含水量空间分布的简单推算方法。

Methods the caput femoris necrosis models were established in 23 rabbits with bilateral caput femoris necrosis, and 45 necrotic caput femoris were randomly divided into 3 groups with 15 necrotic caput femoris in each group.

23 只新西兰白兔，用液氮冷冻的方法，建立双侧股骨头坏死模型，取其中45 个坏死股骨头，随机分组，分别为对照组，实验1 组，实验2 组。

Methods:A rabbit model was developed with scald complicated with artificial infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Studies were carried out by using the combat trauma spray group and the solution group.At day1,2,4,7,14,post experiments,rabbit serum was collected,the body temperatures of animals were taken,and such inflammatory factors as white cell count,serum levels of NO 2-/NO 3-,serum levels of tumor necrosis factor,serum superoxide anion,as well as GPT,AKP,aspartate carbamyl transferase,urea nitrogen were also collected to measure the functions of both the kidney and liver.

采用烫伤合并人工感染绿脓杆菌的家兔模型，用战伤喷剂与溶剂组于实验前和实验后第1、2、4、7、14天采集家兔血清，测量体温，检测白细胞数、血清NO 2-/NO 3-水平、血清肿瘤坏死因子水平、血清超氧阴离子等炎性因子水平以及谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、天冬氨酸转移酶、肌苷和尿素氮等肝肾功能指标水平。

The results indicated that the high level density functional theory calculations can be used to predict the 13C chemical shifts of the modified nanotubes. The calculated results also provided the characteristic chemical shifts values of nitrene (superscript -), carbene (superscript -) and 1,2- and 1, 4-fluorinated nanotubes, which would be helpful for experimental spectrogram assignments. Combined with NMR experiments, these predicted characteristic chemical shifts can be further used to monitor the addition mechanism and the extent of surface modifications on nanotubes.

So supported by well core experimentation, the *** analyzed the logging response feature and mechanism of thin bed, and point out that many factors can affect the logging response of the reservoir, the main factor which mostly influence the logging response is the thickness of thin layer, and the content of carbonite have a great influence on the response of 3-porosity logging.we make use of core experimentation, combined with logging material, firstly the *** do the lithology correction and thinckness correction for resistivity curves, and based on the content of mud that derived from the core experimentation, the *** present the thickness correction model of gamma-ray logging and self-potential logging, and choose the appropriate ways to compute the carbonate content and using the value of mixed frame in order to correct the influence from the carbonite, based on this, the *** gives a effective methods to correct the thickness influence for 3-porosity logging.

本文首先以岩心实验结果为依据，对研究区薄层的测井响应特征和机理进行了分析，指出多种地质因素影响着储层的测井响应特征，而层厚是影响测井响应最主要的因素，且碳酸岩含量对三孔隙度测井的影响很大。利用岩心实验分析资料，结合测井资料，首先对电阻率测井曲线进行了岩性的校正和层厚校正；利用岩心分析泥质含量，研究了自然伽马和自然电位的层厚校正方法，并建立了层厚校正模型；在有效计算储层碳酸岩含量和混合骨架参数值的基础上，研究了针对碳酸岩含量对测井曲线的影响进行校正的方法，进而提出了一套对三孔隙度测井曲线的薄层层厚影响的校正模型。
