The parameters of the machine are measured by no-load test and short-circuit test. The relationship between the exciting current and corresponding air-gap voltage at the rated frequency is obtained, thus determining expressions for exciting inductance and exciting current in linear segment form. The equivalent circuits in a/30 reference frame are based on the parameters by above tests.

The quantity-efficacy relation research expresses that megadose promotes the propagate of the spleen lymphocyte of small mouse and activates the macrophage in the abdominal cavity more obviously. On the other hand, the small dosage influents the survival rate of the mouse S180 ascites tumor cell more obviously.
