First by testing the practical multilayer insulation in a cryogenic tanker, which is the carilometer in my paper,some affecting factors on multilayer insulation are analysed, then by using the low-temperature and vacuum environment caused by multilayer insulation, the effective thermal conductivity of multiple fiber paper with 5 layers is tested.Through Newton interativemethod,an empirical formula is deduced to computer the thermal conductivity of fiber paper,The errors between experimental thermal conductivity and the calculated conductivity by empirical formula are below10%,so the formula of fiber conductivity can be applied to practical enginnering.

为探索改善工程应用中高真空多层绝热层绝热性能的方法，本文实验研究中首先测量了包扎在实际低温储罐上不同结构的高真空多层绝热层的绝热性能，并分析了环境温度、环境压力，层数、不同隔热材料的组合等因素对工程应用中的高真空多层材料绝热性能的影响；然后利用多层绝热层中的低温真空环境测量5层干法纸在不同温度区间内的表观导热系数，在有限实验数据的基础上用牛顿迭代数值拟和出计算5层干法纸表观导热系数的经验公式，对比经验公式计算值和实验测量值，发现二者的误差在10%以内，因此在工程应用中可用本文的经验公式计算干法纸在低温下的导热系数。

In the temperature sensing, the theory of fiber Bragg grating temperature sensing has first been proposed, the characteristic of the FBG temperature sensing was analyzed, it was deduced that the sensitivity coefficients of first-order and second-order ,and experimental findings was protracted, the gained polynomial better inosculate with the theory value. The experiment was processed in the low temperature , the thermo-optic coefficient was emended in the polynomial of the normal temperature ,the result was accorded with the sensing character of the normal and low temperature ,and it was resolved that the theory account of the normal and low temperature did not accord with the experiment.

在温度传感方面，主要从光纤布拉格光栅的温度传感模式出发，对光纤布拉格光栅的温度传感特性进行了分析，推导出了光纤光栅的一阶与二阶温度灵敏度系数，并对实验数据进行了拟和，所得多项式和理论值吻合的很好，并对低温传感进行了实验，将在常温下得出的多项式进行了热光系数的修正，所得的结果同时符合常温与低温的传感特性，解决了低温与常温情况下的理论计算与实验的不一致性。

To explore the functions of SPANXA1 in cancerous phenotypes CL1-5 cells were transfected with a SPANXA1 expressing vector and evaluated by cell proliferation, cell migration, Matrigel invasion and colony formation assays in vitro as well as mouse metastasis assays in vivo. The results indicated that the induction of SPANXA1 could reduce cell invasiveness. In the other hand, immunostaining showed that SPANXA1 was predominately located at the nucleoplasm.

经RT-PCR验证得知SPANXA1在CL1-0的表现量比CL1-5多100倍以上，於是我们将SPANXA1转染在CL1-5细胞株中，并测量活体外的细胞生长速度试验、细胞迁徙实验、Matrigel侵袭实验、癌细胞群落形成实验及小鼠活体内细胞转移能力，探讨SPANXA1对癌细胞性状的影响，结果发现增加SPANXA1会降低癌细胞的转移能力，在另一方面，我们利用免疫萤光染色法侦测出SPANXA1是存在於核质中，并以西方点墨法再次证实SPANXA1是存在於核质中。
