Researching on the decision-maker's behavior hypothesis and classification principle in incomplete informational risk assessment, this paper built the rational decision-making route as①releasing the sequential or partible hypothesis of individual preference and alternatives independence condition in order to satisfy the actual decision-making;②keeping the optimal result of group decision-making according as the thought of"Binary comparison"of sequence path independence condition SPI building the hierarchy structure in opening frame of discernment to increase granularity of discernment.

研究不完全信息操作风险评价的决策者行为假设和分类方法，构建理性决策路径和决策机制：①放松Arrow选择理论的决策者个人偏好连续或可分假设、无关方案独立性条件，以满足决策过程的实际情况。②构建开放的决策识别框架，依据序贯路径无关条件的&两两比较&思想，保证群体决策结果的最优性；在开放的识别框架中建立层次结构，增加识别粒度。将主观信息表达转化为专家对某一属性判断的基本可信度分配，运用证据理论处理不完全信息的融合问题。③基于包含度的分层约简方法降低决策复杂度。

近年来我们发现谨慎性原则在实际运用中有着&双刃剑&的作用，一方面它能够避免虚计资产和浮夸利润，保护投资者和债权人的利益；另一方面，在运用该原则时不可避免地会带有主观随意的色彩，甚至成为一些上市公司人为调节利润、粉饰报表的工具。

This research has proved that an artificial neural network is capable to differentiate the reactional enhancement of malignant intracranial gliomas in postoperative MR images and the enhancement caused by tumor residual. As a innovative differentiation approach, it requires further studies and researches to determine its applicability in practice, including the increase of training samples, image description standardization, effects to doctoral diagnosis, as well as parameter optimization. With improvements in these elements, the performance of the network will be optimized.

本研究成功地证明了人工神经网络能够鉴别颅内恶性胶质瘤术后磁共振图像的反应性强化与肿瘤残存所致的强化，为解决二者的鉴别这一复杂问题提供了一个新的方法，但是本研究只是初步的应用探讨，能否在实际中应用，还有待于进一步的研究，如训练样本的增加、图像描述的规范化、对医师诊断影响程度、参数的优化等，网络的性能会不断完善和提高。

During the development of risk assessment scale in Taiwan, it was always found that the ROC seemingly is the mean of sensitivity and specificity, while using 2 by 2 table of "guess yes or not" and "reoffense or not". In this study, it was verified the previous notion through algebra.

从发展本土化的婚姻危险评估表及性侵害加害人静态表中发现ROC曲线值在预测2×2表（即是猜测会否再犯及实际是否再犯之表）上似乎是敏感及特之平均值，经由本研究以公式及图形之验证，发现确如上述。
