Consequently, what capacities should PMs possess is an issue worthy of research.This paper firstly analyzed the notion of professional manager, their function in the enterprise and the changing requirements of their capacities. Then, it dissected the capacities of PMs in professional morality, capability and knowledge in both theoretical and practicing ways. After comparing Chinese PMs' and their western compeers' different specialities, three schemes were given for capacity cultivating. Finally, more meticulous researches and analyses about PMs' moral capacity are studied under the real situation of China. At the last, some suggestions are put forward to the further improvement of Chinese PMs' moral capacity.

For meeting the needs of automated real-time dynamic monitoring of heavy fog events by means of a weather satellite remote-sensing technique for specialized meteorological services like military operations and highway traffic, the paper presents a systematic study of spectral characteristics of visible and infra red light, the textures and dynamic dispersals of fogs on satellite imagery in the context of theory on the transmission of atmospheric radiation, thereby revealing their abruptness, waviness and mass-like features, which, in combination with a synthetic technique for cloud/fog maps of multi-channel remote-sensing spectra are used to set up a model for automatic separation of fogs from clouds based on the integrative application of spectral features and texture structures, for which are constructed corresponding discfiminant functions and criteria, and on this basis prepared is a"system for remotely-sensing monitoring of low cloud and heavy fog"which has been used for tests, with the main conclusions shown as follows.

BCBBs are designed for not only symmetric linear arrays but also asymmetric linear arrays, are arrays and circle arrays. The BCBBs designed are tested by LFM signals, and the results show that the BCBBs achieve good quality. The word length of the filter efficients are studied from the view of engineering implementation. It is shown that using 8 bits can satisfy the requirement. Multi-beam BCBBs with 2 degree beamwidth in two octave and 1/3 octave frequency band are designed and tested for a specified array.

In this paper, the OpenGL virtual reality simulation technique is introduced into the field of ship maneuver and control, and using the MMG mathematical model, the three dimensional dynamic simulation system of the ship motion is established and good results are achieved. In the process of the system development, firstly, the maneuvering motion equations for ship in the still water are established, based on the MMG module mathematical model and serial experimental result. After compiling the program, the calculation results are compared with the experimental data, the coherence between them validate the mathematical model.
